1-1/2 lbs. salmon, fresh In a large pot*, saute the onion and celery in the butter until clear and tender. Stir in the flour and blend well. Stir in milk and soy sauce cooking on medium-high heat until thickened. Add the cheese and simmer until cheese is blended in. Add the salmon and remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
7 Tb. butter
7 Tb. flour
7 cups milk
2 tsp. soy sauce
8-10 slices of American Cheese
2 cans of carrots
2 cans of peas
1 cup chopped cooked potato
1 tsp. salt
If you have a crockpot, saute the onion and celery in a pan then add that with all the other ingredients in the crockpot. Cook for about 3 hours but watch it so it doesn’t burn.
