Spinach Souffle

2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained very well (should be dryish)
½ stick butter
1-8oz. pkg. of cream cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Breadcrumbs

Melt the butter and cream cheese in a casserole dish and mix well. Add the drained spinach and grated cheese and mix well. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Cook at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. DELICIOUS!!!
