To get Misingno. You Need Surf And Fly and you will Have to been to Cinabar Island. First You Talk To the old man Who Shows you how to throw A Poke Ball Say No you aren't in a hurry. Afterwards Fly to Cinabar Go to the East Coast and Surf Where It Looks like You are Half on land and half on Water. After A while you should get in a battle where the screen turn Black for About Five Seconds and the Wild Pokemon Will Be either M' level 0 (THIS IS NOT A MEW) or a Missingno. Level 80 You Can Catch it Though after a month It may Erase Saved Game Data (It will only Erase if Caught, If you catch it dont Ever Look At it's Stats It Will Screw Up your Game). But if yuo Kill it (Its Defence is 20) or run away your Sixth Item Will Have 99 to 120 of it.
Sarifari Zone Cheat
To fight Sarifari Zone Pokemon in the wild got ot the area where you encounter the pokemon you want to catch (though you don't have to incounter it). Let time run out. Now surf to Seaform Islands do not get in a battle othewise the code wont work. Now surf on the right side were it looks like your half on land and half on water.

MasterBall Secret
Throw any kind of Pokeball, after it is realesed hold up+B or down+B. The ball will act like a Masterball. It is hard to pull off. It is best to practice in a grassy field and then just reset your game.
Secret Coins
In the game corner if you walk around pressing A real fast you may find some coins. You will probably find the most if you look behind people.
Extra Damage
In battle, select your desired attack. When it says that you are going to use that attack, hold down the A button until your opponenets life stops draining. If your timing was right, you should do more damage than normal.
Fishing in Statues
If you use the super rod next to or in front of a statue and fish for a long time, you should get some good water pokemon.
Get Pokemon Over Level 100
Surf up and down the east coast of Cinnibar Island while holding the A buttom. You should run into pokemon that are over level 100. Do not fight and gain experiance with them though because they will always revert back to level 100.
