Washu has to be the most amazing character in the Tenchi OVA. Graduating from the Science Academy, Washu is the number one top scientific genius of the universe. Washu has powers somewhat similar to Ryoko. She can form an energy blade, and she has limited teleportation abilities. Being the number one scientific genius of the universe Washu has an amazing lab. Eventhough the door to her lab is in Tenchi's home her lab is actually located in another dimension allowing her to have a lab larger than anything.
