Ingredients:
1/2 chicken
1 1/2 cup rice
3 cm ginger(shredded thinly)
3 garlic(minced)
2 cloves
1cm cinnamon
salt
lettuce
Method:
1. Cook chicken in water and salt for about 20 minutes.
2. Keep the stock for rice and soup.
3. Fry garlic and ginger till fragrant.
4. Add cloves and cinnamon.
5. Put in rice and add enough stock, let it cook.
6. Put lettuce into remaining stock.
7. Chicken rice is ready to be served with soup.
