Ingredients:
500g chicken breast, diced
minced ginger
soy sauce
oyster sauce
sugar
cornstarch
pepper
oil
minced garlic
1 cup mushroom,diced
1 green pepper, diced
sugar and salt to taste
spring onion
Method:
1. Marinate chicken with ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, sugar, cornstarch and pepper.
2. Heat oil, stir fry garlic and chicken. Add mushroom and green pepper.
3. Add in ginger mixture.
4. Serve.
