Ingredients:
8 large potatoes(boiled and mashed)
4 eggs(boiled and sliced)
2 medium onion(sliced thinly)
diced pickle chillies
2 cans of tuna
salt to taste
3 egg(for coating)
Method:
1. Boiled the potatoes(with skin) and 4 eggs in boiling water.
2. In the meantime, sliced the onion, mashed the tuna and chopped the chilli.
3. Then peel and mashed the potatoes, slice the 4 eggs.
4. Mix the potatoes, salt, onion, and chilli together.
5. Then mix the 4 sliced egges.
6. Make it into small round, and dip into the egg batter before pan frying.
7. Ready to be served.
