Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients:
500g pork tendeloin, cubed, beat lightly with back of cleaver
salt and soy sauce to taste
1 egg
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
2 Tablespoon water
1 green pepper, cubed
1 onion, cubed
1 can of pineapple
Ketchup, salt and cornstarch to taste

Method:
1. Marinate pork in salt, soy sauce, egg, cornstarch and water.
2. Deep fry pork in hot oil till golden.
3. Heat oil, fry green pepper, onion and pineapple till fragrant.
4. Add ketchup, salt to taste, thicken with some cornstarch.
5. Add in fried pork.
6. Served.
