Meatloaf Sauce



6 packed tablespoons brown sugar
½ cup ketsup
½ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon nutmeg


Mix all ingrediants together.

Towards end of baking time, pour over meatloaf, meatballs, etc.. Drain excess fat BEFORE adding sauce to pan.

Most people have there own favorite “meatloaf” but I like to experiment with the sauce and this one belongs to my mother-in-law. It should be enough sauce for 1 ½ to 2 pound meatloaf or approximately 24 meatballs.
