Our Gracious God,
We feel so close to you at this most holy season. Comfort and heal those who don't feel as close as we do. The sick, the lonely, the depressed. Bless them as you would bless us.
Our hearts are full of wonder as we celebrate the miracle of Jesus' birth.
We lift our voices in songs of praise and prayers of gratitude, and every heart glows with the joy of knowing you. Bless those whose hearts do not glow like ours. Be with us and others through this time and throughout our lives.
We thank you, Father, that you love us with a love beyond our comprehension - a love so great that you sent us your only Son, Mighty Counselor, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, in whose name we pray.
