Introducing . . .
Jellicle cats develop slowly
And now for some introductions...Below are some brief descriptions of each of the cats. Just click on the cat's name to view a picture. Just remember the cats vary from production to production (not all kitties look alike ^..^ )
Munkustrap
The second-in-command of the Jellicles. He tries to keep his fellow Jellicles in line, although that doesn't happen very often. He can be very serious and, at the same time, playful and fun.
Demeter
She is at that stage where she still wants to play with the kittens, yet she wants to be treated as an adult. She can be reserved at times, but Bombalurina brings out a kind of boldness in her.
Skimbleshanks
He watches over the Sleeping Car Express when he is not at the Jellicle Ball. Even though he is an adult, he is very playful and enjoys romping around with the kittens.
Asparagus
The old theatre cat. He was once a great actor, but now all he has are his memories. He is greatly respected and admired by his fellow Jellicles.
Rum Tum Tugger
A cat who needs to be the center of attention. He is always showing off and always has a string of kittens following behind. Even though he acts tough, he has great respect for Old Deuteronomy, Munkustrap, and the wizard cat--Mistoffelees.
Alonzo
A tom who likes to show off for the ladies. He is very playful, but he knows his place. Like Munkustrap, he is protective of his fellow Jellicles. He has the potential to take on a leadership position should something happen to Munkustrap.
Grizabella
An old, raggedy cat who was once one of the most beautiful Jellicles. She left the group years ago to see the real world and found it was not as she had heard. She has now returned and is trying to regain the respect of the Jellicles--not an easy task.
Jellylorum
An adult cat who enjoys watching after the hyper kittens. She has a soft spot in her heart for Asparagus. She is very easy going, but if you get her mad--watch out!
Coricopat
A tom with a sixth sense. Along with his sister, Tantomile, he can sense when things are about to happen. He is very serious and quiet, but knows how to have a good time during the Jellicle Ball.
Sillabub (Jemima)
A young, playful kitten. She can usually be seen running around with Etcetera, Electra, and Victoria. She is also very curious, which has been known to get her into trouble.
Old Deuteronomy
The oldest Jellicle. He is the Jellicle leader and has earned the respect of every single Jellicle. He watches over his followers like a father.
Tantomile
Along with her brother, Coricopat, she can sense when things are about to happen. At first glance, she appears to be a mature, young adult, however, she is very playful and outgoing.
Jennyanydots
A motherly cat, she makes sure that the kittens remember their manners and behave. She keeps an eye on everything so that nothing goes wrong.
Victoria
One of the older kittens who is discovering her own boundaries. She is very playful and likes to flirt with the Toms.
Electra

Bombalurina
A very flirtatous queen. She always likes to be the center of attention, sometimes--however--the spotlight is stolen away from her.
Mistoffelees
One of the younger Toms, he still enjoys goofing around with the kittens. He has recently discovered his strange mystical powers and is still learning how to control them.

Mungojerrie
Along with his partner in crime, Rumpleteazer, he has no problem finding mischief. Although he means no harm, it has been rumored that he has been seen working with Macavity.
Rumpleteazer
Often seen goofing around with Mungojerrie, she is very playful. Trouble seems to follow wherever she goes.

Cassandra
A very sleek and elegant queen, she is very popular with the Toms. She can be playful one minute and very serious the next.

Plato
One of the adult Toms, he is still a kitten at heart. He is popular with the Queens and enjoys being the center of attention.

Pouncival
The youngest Tom in the tribe, he is extremely playful and resists authority whenever he can. He loves to goof around with his friends.
Macavity
Not much is known about this Tom. He seems to have the need to rebel, yet cannot bring himself to eliminate the Jellicles.
