Necessity is the best teacher. When it arises, no one can deny its severe demands and has, to act according to its dictates. Necessity has, therefore, been called the mother of invention. Under the pressure of necessity had once arisen and under it influence the country had to take to mechanical things and gadgets because there was a shortage of manpower in that vast country in initial stages. Today she is at the top of the mechanical world. It is the duty of every person to take full advantage of necessity; young men should turn it to their benefit and the benefit of their country. Under necessity, some men have sometimes taken to the helm of affairs, fought big battles and won. Under the same emergency principle, countries have sometimes worked miracles. Adversity always helps; the necessity can be the real benefactor.
