Andy's Other Job
Andy’s friends and fans were surprised to learn that he was working as a bus boy in a California diner. He would leave the set of TAXI and go straight to washing dishes and waiting on tables. This was apparently NOT an act.
Andy hated the fact that celebrities were treated like royalty. He knew that he wasn’t any better than the average person. By working as a bus boy, Andy felt in better contact with the real world. It gave him a chance to socialize with regular people and not just always celebrities.
