She is as cruel and merciless to her enemies as she is devoted to Treize, and her zealous suppression of Eastern European rebels has earned her the nickname "Fiery Une." On occasion, her enthusiasm earns her gentle rebukes from the more chivalrous Treize. Later in the story, another side of Lady's personality is revealed. Taking off her glasses and letting down her hair, she becomes OZ's saintly ambassador to the space colonies, bringing a message of peace, love, and strength through armed self-defense.
