The Vulture is a very good unit if used as a scout or early on in campaigns. It is not as good for a major offensive unless you have a lot of them. It is better to kepp a few hanging around your base, it is really good to upgrade speed and Spider Mines for the Vulture. Spider mines are best used a first line of defense for your base. After planted they become invisable to everbody but you or a detector while they are still hidden. When an enemy gets to close then the Spider Mine jumps up and self destructs against the person. It is good to plant these around your base. Vultures can be used as a distraction during an assault by attacking the defense first and causing all guns to fire on them while other units such as Siege tanks and Golithes attack with the real firepower.
