Well most of you are not so sure of how the promotion in Armada is
being earned.And some people started bugging the leaders about the issue,and well
the leaders are not too pleased about it.So finally the kender(well all of you should know who) awake
from his sleep,and started writing down the promotion requirement.
Promotion by Tarry
The following are requirement for promotion in Armada.But EVEN if you
fulfil them,you -might- not be promoted.

Cadets -> Midshipman: Graduate from Draegor's Cadet School. As of now, ONLY
Draegor will decide whether or not you have graduated from Cadet School.
Midshipman -> Ensign: Do your part in the Armada. Find a officer to
recommend you if you think you deserve it.
Ensign -> Officer: Do your part in Armada. Assist others, be around the
Fort frequently. Things like that will earn you merit to be promoted to an
officer. Then, find 2 officers to recommend you to the Admiralty. We will
then consider you.
As for promotions up the ranks of officers, they are held to the Admiralty's
discretion. That is all.

you back to Cadet School. No ifs, no buts.
