Sonic Adventure 4: Scene 19: Fighters From Around the World! Fight!

They land in the middle of a city. They look around to see where this place is.
Amy: Sir! What city are we in?
Gentleman: Why, you're in the great city of champions!
Leo: Great city of champions?
Gentleman: This must be your first visit here. Fighters from across the world travel to compete in this battle royal! Anyone can join!
Leo: Oh really?!
Sonic: This could be fun!
Shadow: I will show what true power is!
Knuckles: Hmph! I'll take you all on!
Angel: Don't forget me!
Gentleman: This was built for the fights. Nobody really lives here. This city is only used once every year.
Leo: Let's go sign up!
Gentleman: Hey!
Sonic: What?
Gentleman: I forgot to mention, since you're all animals, you'll have your own fights!
Knuckles: That makes sense.
Leo: Since we have our own....... who is the top fighter?
Gentleman: I don't know his name, but he wins every year! I know he's a hedgehog though.
Leo: I've got to fight him!!!
Angel: Settle down Leo!
Tikal: More fighting?
Sonic: This is just for fun! To see who the top fighter is!
Tikal: Very well then.
Amy: Would you tell us where to sign up at?
Gentleman: I'll do better than that! I'll show you!
He leads them to a huge arena at the edge of the city.
Leo: Wow....!
Sonic: Oh yeah! This is what I'm talking about!
Shadow: ......
Rush: I'm not going to fight. I'll sit out and view.
Angel: Okay Rush.
Amy: You know I'm not fighting, so I'll just go with Rush.
They split up.
Gentleman: You can sign up here! All you have to do is put your name, what number you want, and then tell the wolf behind the counter! He will give you a room in the Hotel across the street!
Leo: How do you know so much?
Gentleman: I run this place!
Harry: My name is Harry!
Sonic: You run this place?!
Harry: Yep! Now sign up! I'll get rooms for your friends too!
Leo: The pink one is my wife, so she goes with me.
Harry: Will do!
They sign up. Leo sighs.
Sonic: What's wrong?
Leo: Jacob might have enjoyed this......
Sonic: I know, but we can't do anything about what happened.
Leo: ........
Shadow: Come on you two! Get with it!
When they get through.......
Harry: I'll take you to your rooms! Follow me!
They find Amy and Rush and then go to the hotel.
Amy: This place is huge! Large! Giant!
Leo: We get the point!
Harry: Let's go!
They follow him inside.
Angel: Wow!
Harry: What about that one?
He points to Chaos.
Knuckles: Oh, put him in the same room as her.
Tikal: That would be wise.
Harry: Okay then!
They get in the elevator.
Harry: Your rooms will be on....... the sixth floor.
Sonic: That's high!
Harry: Now then! If you need me, just ask for Harry!
He hands them their keys.
Harry: The fights start tomorrow. Dinner should be here soon. Make sure you're all up by eight in the morning! See ya!
He walks off.
Shadow: He sure has tons of energy.
Angel: Let's check out our rooms!
They open their doors.
Sonic: Now this is nice!
Shadow: It will suit me.
Knuckles: BBQ?! Oh yeah!!!

Angel: This is much better than the cold ground.
Rush: I call the large bed!
Angel: In your dreams!!!
Tikal: This will be strange sleeping in a building like this.
Leo: Very nice.
Amy: Yes, it is.
They all go outside to look around.
Sonic: There sure is a lot of our kind here.
Leo: Sure are.
Angel: I see no Echidnas......
Knuckles: What do you expect? We're just about the last of our kind!
Angel: I know......
Amy: Come on! Let's look around!
They walk around for a while. They find some animals that will be fighting.
Leo: Hey there! I'm Leo!
A black wolf turns around.
Nazu: I am called Nazu. How are you doing this day?
Leo: I'm just fine! How about you?
Nazu: The same.
Leo: Where did you come from?
Nazu: I'd..... rather not say.
Leo: I understand that.
Nazu: How?
Leo: I use to live in a hidden town in a forest, so I can understand where you're coming from.
Nazu: I see. Well, I'll be going now. See you around.
Leo: Yeah, see ya.
Sonic: A new friend?
Leo: Eh, maybe.
They walk back to the hotel.
Leo: Maybe dinner is here.....
Amy: Thinking about your stomach again?
Leo: Maybe.....
Sonic: Come on! Let's go see if dinner is sitting outside!
They go to their rooms.
Leo: Food!
They push their food in Leo and Amy's room to eat.
Angel: That was great!
Shadow: I've had better........
Leo: That was good...... but I like chilidogs more!
Sonic: You said it!
They say goodnight to each other.
Angel: Night guys, I have to take the baby to the room.
Rush: What baby?
Angel: Let's go!
They walk in their room.
Sonic: See ya!
Sonic and Shadow walk in their room.
Leo: You sure you're going to be fine?
Tikal: We will manage.
They walk in their room.
Knuckles: I don't want to be by myself!
He runs in Sonic's room.
Leo: Well, let's get some sleep.
They all rest for the night. Everyone gets up at eight, just itching to fight in the royal.
Leo: Everyone ready?
Sonic: You know it!
Angel: Then let's go!
They run to the arena.
Harry: Hey! I was wondering when you would show up!
Leo: We wouldn't miss this for the world!
Harry: I'll get your friends some good seats! Now go in that room, from there everyone will be split up, and put in groups.
Leo: How many are fighting?
Harry: I've counted them all; there are forty in all! So there will be five groups, with eight in each! Go on!
He just about pushes them through the door.
Leo: Hey, let's not use our powers. We need to give them a fair chance.
Shadow: I agree.
Sonic: Yeah, besides, it wouldn't be any fun winning using our powers.
Knuckles: Right.
Angel: ......
Leo: Look at everyone! There is a wolf, a cat, and a rhino?! I bet he'll be hard to get by!
Sonic: Let's not worry about anyone! Let's just get out there and fight!
A silver wolf opens the main door to the arena.
Blitz: Greetings. I'm Blitz. I will be in charge of getting everyone here into groups. So let's get started!
Everyone moves forward slowly.

Leo: Looks like he's just sending us to different doors.
Sonic: That's okay.
They reach Blitz.
Blitz: You five, split up, and choose a door.
Shadow: I'll take the first.
Knuckles: Second!
Angel: Third.
Sonic: Number four!
Leo: Darn! Oh well.
They walk in their door. They wait and then Blitz walks in. Everyone is in their own row.
Blitz: Now then, we will go outside for a moment, so everyone sees the fighters.
He opens a large door.
Leo (thinking): Oh yeah! Bring it on!
They all walk out.
Amy: Look! There's Leo!!!
Rush: There's Angel!
Harry's voice is heard on the speakers.
Harry: Welcome fighters from around the world! I would like to welcome you to the tenth fighting competition! There seems to be a large numbers of fighters! Who will be the winner? Only time will tell! Let the fights begin!!!
Everyone in the stands roars out in cheers. Blitz leads everyone back in.
Blitz: Everyone just rest until your name is called. Only three will be chosen to fight today. If your name is not called out, then go home or watch the fight: your choice. Since everything is random today, tomorrow’s battles will be chosen by the night. So first up is Knuckles, number eighty-seven, from block two! And the winner from the last fights....... Biff! Number one, from block one!
Knuckles: Biff?!
Biff: Heh, didn't expect that huh?
They enter the arena.
Knuckles: You won all of the last fights?!
Biff: After we beat Eggman, Sara and I searched around for a while. We found out nobody from our town survived Eggman's attack.
Knuckles: I'm sorry.
Biff: Hey don't worry! I come here every year to see if there is anyone good to fight. It turns out this year will be a hard one.
Knuckles: I won't go easy on you!
Biff: I'm counting on it!
Harry: Ready? Go!
