Enter Flamedramon (Episode 01)
Four years have passed. Back in the real world, Kari and T.K meet three new DigiDestined kids: Davis, Yolei, and Cody. Meanwhile, in the DigiWorld, a boy who calls himself the Digimon Emperor is hunting down Digimon and turning them into his evil slaves with his Dark Digivice. Tai e-mails the kids in the real world to come for help. When they arrive, the Digimon Emperor sends Monochromon to attack them. Davis alleviates the problem by lifting the DigiEgg of Courage.

The DigiTeam Complete (Episode 02)
Davis and Veemon are captured by the Digimon Emperor. He has Davis' digivice and D-terminal, so Veemon can't armor digivolve. Yolei and Cody find two DigiEggs and are introduced to their own Digimon. The new Digimon armor digivolve and come to Davis and Veemon's rescue. Flamedramon joins them to free Snimon, Mojyamon, and Drimogimon from their Dark Rings.

A New Digitude (Episode 03)
The kids see a news broadcast about Ken Ichijouji, a boy genius who won a computer programming contest. In the DigiWorld, the Digimon Emperor captures Elecmon and tries to make him fight other Digimon. The DigiDestined arrive in the DigiWorld and detect more DigiEggs. The Emperor attacks them and says that he is the only DigiDestined. Tyrannoman attacks the kids, but T.K. and Kari find the DigiEggs, allowing their Digimon to armor digivolve. Tyrannoman is defeated. Cody is determined to find out the Emperor's identity.

Iron Veggiemon (Episode 04)
The Digimon Emperor and his Veggiemon slaves capture a village where Gabumon and a tribe of Gazimon are living. Luckily, the kids come to the rescue. In the process, they discover a mysterious dark tower that holds the secret to the Dark Ring's power. Once the tower is destroyed, the Emperor's spell is broken. Back in the real world, Izzy determines that there are a large number of these towers (Control Spires) that need to be destroyed.

Old Reliable (Episode 05)
The kids go to rescue Gomamon in the frozen wasteland of the Digital World. While there, they spot another Control Spire. Gomamon and Digmon are met by the Digimon Emperor's slaves and must armor digivolve to defeat them and destroy the Control Spire.

Family Picnic (Episode 06)
Mimi arrives from America for a visit and meets the new DigiDestined kids. The gang has an afternoon picnic, which is cut short when they are suddenly transported to the Digital World. There, they have to destroy the Control Spire and battle their way back to the real world. Amidst the chaos, Mimi has a very tearful and joyous reunion with Palmon.

Guardian Angel (Episode 07)
The kids continue to destroy Control Spires throughout the Digital World. In one area, they are attacked by an army of Guardramon. Everyone but Kari is able to escape back to the real world. Kari uses her digivice to trigger Andromon's memory of her, since he is now under the Emperor's control. It works! Andromon destroys his Dark Ring and the dark tower. Ken realizes he must obtain the digivices if he's to defeat the kids once and for all.

Ken's Secret (Episode 08)
Cody discovers that another Control Spire has been erected in the DigiWorld. When the gang sets out to explore, the evil Digimon Emperor takes everyone but Davis and Veemon hostage. Digmon, Pegasmon, Horusmon, and Nefertimon come to the rescue. We learn that the "hostages" were actually four Bakemon in disguise. Veemon and the other Digimon battle the Bakemon and destroy the Control Spire. Davis realizes that the Emperor is Ken Ichijouji.,p.
The Emperor's New Home (Episode 09)
Ken runs away from home to the DigiWorld. The DigiDestined go to confront him and are instantly attacked by Meramon. Ken attempts to capture Greymon, but Greymon digivolves into SkullGreymon, destroys the Control Spire, and defeats the Meramon and the Dark Tyrannomon Ken summoned. SkullGreymon then collapses and reverts to his Agumon form and is captured by Ken.

The Captive Digimon (Episode 10)
Everyone but Yolei goes to the DigiWorld to rescue Agumon. Meanwhile, the evil Digimon Emperor experiments on Agumon and in the process, creates the Dark Spiral. In the Real World, Yolei receives word of Agumon's whereabouts and relays the message to the DigiDestined. Wormmon sets Agumon free, but the Emperor recaptures him with the use of the Dark Spiral. Yolei and Matt arrive and join the others to recover Agumon.

The Storm of Friendship (Episode 11)
Using his Dark Rings, Ken transforms Agumon into MetalGreymon. Meanwhile, the DigiDestined and their Digimon are in hot pursuit. The kids encounter a mysterious digivice engraved with the Crest of Friendship. Garurumon attempts to remove the Control Rings from MetalGreymon, to no avail. The digivice responds when Davis realizes he must send his Digimon to battle MetalGreymon in the name of friendship. Raidramon double armor digivolves, destroying MetalGreymon's Control Rings and allowing him to digivolve back to Agumon.

The Good, the Bad, and the Digi (Episode 12)
On a mission to rescue Biyomon, Sora and the others find themselves in an old western town. There, they must duel with the likes of the evil Starmon and Deputymon. Flamedramon destroys a Control Spire and Starmon is released from his Evil Ring. The Emperor vows to get revenge.

His Master's Voice (Episode 13)
Kari is summoned to a beach in the DigiWorld to free the Hangymon from the Emperor. Kari frees them from their tunnel. Airdramon attacks the beach. Kari contacts Pegasusmon and Angewoman, who defeat Airdramon. Angewoman frees the Hangymon from their Dark Rings. The Hangymon reveal that they want Kari to be their queen and fight the Dark Undersea Master. Kari declines. The Dark Undersea Master begins to rise from the depths of the ocean.

Samurai of Sincerity (Episode 14)
Yolei and the others go to the Digital World in search of a new Digimental. They were all getting really tired when they happened to see a restaurant. But their elation was short lived when they discovered that it was the same place where three years ago Joe and Matt had been forced to work by Digitamamon! Since Digitamamon's diner only accepted payment in dollars and the children had none, he thought they were trying to eat and run. Just when it looked like he was going to make them work off their bill, Mimi and an American Chosen Child, Michael, showed up and they were able to get out of trouble. But Yolei just couldn't calm down and once she heard of Digitamamon's past evil deeds, she began to doubt him more and more... There they were, Mimi earnestly believing Digitamamon, and Yolei unable to quell her doubts. Would Yolei be able to inherit the Crest of Purity...!?

Big Trouble In Little Edo (Episode 15)
Gleaming swords, flying sparks. Two ninjas run through the picture of old Tokyo. Neither the Dark Tower nor the Kaizer matter in this duel. Staking their pride as ninjas, they pit their techniques against each other. Now the fight begins! Shurimon's rival, Igamon, makes his appearance!! A heroic ninja battle unfolds on the stage of this Edo village. Will it be Shurimon who wins the title of true shuriken master, or...!?

20,000 Digi-Leagues Under The Sea (Episode 16)
The kids go to an oil field at the bottom of the ocean in search of a new Digimental. Cody goes to find the Digimental, but MetalSeadramon attack them! Although the kids escape MetalSeadramon's onslaught, they are trapped in a cave at the bottom of the ocean. Cody feels bad that the other kids forced Cody into an escape pod leaving the others behind, and he goes to Joe for help. But Joe is in the middle of an exam and must lie to get out of the exam center...

Ghost Of A Chance(Episode 17)
It was written in their notebook in red ink: August 1st, Memorial Day. It was supposed to be a normal day, but by chance and destiny, everything started that day. An adventure that continues on to the future. It's a day that they will never forget. It's a day that they can never forget. Odaiba Memorial.Run Yolei Run (Episode 18)
Dark Towers cover the digital world. The Emperor continues his plans to put the Digital World under his power. Davis and the others make plans to counter his attack. With the help of the old digidestins, the kids pretend they are going to camp, but really planned to stay the night in the digital world. Yolei's heart is pressured about the up coming battle. She tries to act excited, but by doing this she ends up only causing trouble for the others. Hawkmon gets poisoned in the process of protecting her.

An Old Enemy Returns (Episode 19)
The Synthetic Demonic beast ,Chimeramon, was created by an evil experiment. The head of a Kabuterimon, hair of a Metal Greymon, the legs of a Garurumon, a tail of a Monochromon, wings of an Angemon and Airdramon, and three arm that were of a Skull Greymon. Kuwagamon, and Devimon!!! The Kaizer used Devimon's forbidden powers to make Chimeramon Ultimate. Knowing well about Devimon's power and the damage it could cause ,T.K., leaves alone to find the Kaizer.

The Darkness Before Dawn (Episode 20)
At last the evil synthetic beast Chimeramon showed himself. He burned everything with his overwhelming destructive power and bit by bit turned the Digital World to ruins...! In order to put a stop to his demonish attacks, Davis and the others broke into the moving fortress with the help of Agumon and the others. But just when they were one step away from the control room...Chimeramon appeared before them! With the difference in power so great would Davis and the others have a chance of winning? Meanwhile Wormmon was worried at how Ken was being eaten away at by the powers of darkness and things took an unexpected turn...!

Crest of Kindness (Episode 21)
With the Golden Digi Egg of Miracles, Veemon digivolved into Magnamon. Magnamon battles with Kimeramon, but is his light of hope powerful enough to defeat the darkness of Kimeramon? Magnamon uses up all his power and is deep trouble. He is saved by none other than Wormmon! In order to save Ken from the darkness, the real Ken and not the Digimon Kaiser, Wormmon fights Kimeramon. But will Wormmon be able to rack Ken's heart?

Davis Cries Wolfman (Episode 22)
Now that the Digimon Emperor was gone, the children began the restoration of the Digital World. The Digimon Emperor's damage had been done, but the children were optimistic that they could fix everything up. Yet, there were 2 missing faces...Davis and Veemon! Davis was really jealous because TK and Kari got along so well with each other and Patamon and Gatomon. So, Davis decided that to impress Kari, he was going to make Veemon digivolve to Champion! They began training, when they ran into Tortomon. Tortomon was "going to the bathroom" at the time they saw him, so he got really mad and attacked them! In order to save Davis, Veemon digivolved to his Champion form, X-Veemon!

Genesis of Evil (Episode 23)
The Digidestined continued the repair of the Digital World. Meanwhile, Ken had returned to his apartment and had been asleep since returning home (episode 21). His parents tried to ask him what was wrong, but he continued to just lie in bed, thinking about his past. He remembered of his older brother, Osamu, who was a genius as well. He was so proud of Osamu and felt so insignificant compared to him. Osamu received all the attention, and this made Ken sad because he was simply ignored (perhaps a reason why Ken too became a genius). One day, Osamu was killed in a car accident, and Ken and his parents were devastated. Osamu's spirit came to Ken and told him of a world where everything would be ok, the Digital World. Ken entered the Digital World, where he met Wormmon (Ryo from the Tag Tamers game is also showed briefly). Ken continued searching through his memories for the answer to all his problems, hoping he'd be able to find his true self somewhere in the past...

If I Had a Tail Hammer (Episode 24)
After accepting his evil past as the Digimon Emperor, Ken was finally reunited with Wormmon. But after returning to the real world, a mysterious woman appeared before Ken and Minomon in Ken's room! While messing with Ken's computer, she told Ken that he was fired because he was of no use to her anymore, while Ken remained puzzled as to who this mysterious woman was. Meanwhile in the Digital World, Cody was still busy fixing the damage the Emperor had done. His anger grew towards Ken because of his evil deeds, and just then, Thunderballmon attacked! Seeing that Cody was in trouble, Armadillomon digivolved into his Champion form, Ankylomon. But alas, Ankylomon was not strong enough to defeat Thunderballmon. Suddenly, a mysterious green warrior appeared and saved Cody! He proceeded to defeat Thunderballmon, and then landed on top of a small building, where Ken was also standing! The mysterious warrior de-digivolved into Wormmon and Ken and Wormmon left, leaving the other Digidestined confused.

Spirit Needle (Episode 25)
As the Digidestined soon figured out, the mysterious warrior who saved Cody was none other than Wormmon's Champion form, Stingmon. Davis believed that Ken had truly changed to the good side, but the other Digidestined were not so sure. The mysterious woman who appeared before Ken made another appearance, this time in the Digital World! She found a Control Spire, now useless because the Digimon Emperor no longer existed. She stuck one of her hairs into the Control Spire, and it transformed into an evil Digimon, Rockmon! Rockmon began attacking the dam, and the Digidestined rushed to stop him. They tried, but the Digimon weren't even able to phase Rockmon. They knew they had to destroy Rockmon for real or else he would destroy the dam. Yolei was torn between what to do. Hawkmon was able to digivolve to his Champion form, Aquillamon, and together the Digimon were able to defeat Rockmon before he destroyed the damn.

United We Stand (Episode 26)
After Ken found out that the Digimon that nearly destroyed the dam was created from one of his old Control Spires, he once again apologized to the Digidestined for what he did as the Digimon Emperor. Davis asked Ken to join them, but Ken turned down the invitation. He wanted to make up for what he did as the Emperor on his own. The other children continued the reconstruction of the Digital World, when all of a sudden, dark energy began gathering. Soon, it would reach enough strength to cause a huge explosion! Davis learned that the only way to stop the explosion was to use Ken's Crest of Kindness. He e-mailed Ken right away, but a reply never came. At the last minute, Ken showed up with Wormmon and his Crest of Kindness. Wormmon digivolved to Stingmon and Veemon digivolved to X-Veemon. Ken's crest of Kindness reacted, and X-Veemon and Stingmon jogress digivolved into Paildramon!! Fortunately, Paildramon was strong enough to stop the explosion and save the Digital World.

Fusion Confusion (Episode 27)
In order to make up for his crimes himself and to restore the Digital World with his own hands, Ken prepared himself for death and went alone to face a reckless battle. It was Davis's shout of "Live!" that stopped him. At that instant, when Ken's and Davis's desires were as one, ExVeemon and Stingmon jogress evolved, and the ultimate warrior, Paildramon, was born! With an Ultimate Digimon, Okuwamon, as his opponent, Paildramon showed off his overwhelming strength. In order to stop the rampaging powers of darkness, the children hurried for the center of the explosion. Would they be able to save the Digital World from this crisis!? And what is the great secret behind the children's adventure that will finally be made clear...!?

The Insect Master's Trap (Episode 28)
Paildramon's actions had saved the Digital World from its crisis. Having gained this new power of jogress evolution, Davis and the others were in high spirits. But they didn't know that the mysterious woman, who burned with anger, had set a terrible trap that would bury them... Having received an invitation via email from the mysterious woman, Davis and the others arrived at a bizarre mansion where both the building and the furniture were ten times normal size. There they found Ken, who had also received a similar email. In order to settle things once and for all with the mysterious woman, Davis and Ken, knowing the danger, went to scout out the mansion. Tired of being treated like a little kid, Cody followed after them with mixed feelings. Upon their entrance, an army of Roachmon attacked the three children. At the same time a swarm of Flymon attacked TK's group waiting outside. Divided the children were forced into a hard battle! But that was only a small prologue to the terror that awaited them...!!
