AS I

As I look into your eyes,

I see the meaning of life.

I see my lifes heart ache and strife.

When I hear your voice I hear it above all else.

As I look at your face it reminds me of a black rose in a garden of weeds.

When I wake in the morning I hope to see you that same day.

    The SunSet

As I saw the sun set it reminded me of you.

All the colors mixing to create one beatiful hue.

As the time went by, I sat there in my own timeless world

That reminded me of you, the warmth of the day curls about.

when the sun was set, I went outback to see the moon.

As the moon was riseing, I felt the icy cold wind,

And I went to bed, knowing that i'd see you soon.

LIFE and death (in a flower)

    Life is like a flower.

as a seed, before a stem, a stem before a bud, a bud before a flower that has bloomed in the spring air.

    Death is like a flower.

its pedals fall off, it dries out, and then crumbles in the icy cold wind and darkness of winter.

this is to those who were killed in the September, 11 2002 attack

    Heart

    If your heart hurt's

    is hard to listen

    is hard to silence

    is hard to talk.

    If your heart hurt's

    then your friend

    is firmly ready

    to help you!
