1 . Do not cheat. This includes
giving your team an unfair advantage. If you suspect someone of hacking,
get their wonID and a demo catching them in action. Also refer to rule
#2 an don't report someone just because they own you.
2. No one in s0 cheats. Although it is good to keep
a watchful eye, you can be kicked/banned/slapped/slayed/tortured if
you accuse any member of s0 of cheating. The same goes for our allied
clans.
3. Respect all players at all times, especially s0
members. Generally joking around is acceptable but if it gets to the
point where asking an admin for assistance is necessary, please do.
They will be glad to assist you.
4.Be a good sport. If you manage to kill someone,
don't be an ass and say something smart, such as "damn dude, you
suck." How would you like it if someone bit your head off every
time you died? We were all noobs once :-)
5. There is no need to kill hostages. Hostage killers
will immediately be kicked. There IS one exception; if a CT is about
two seconds from the rescue zone and there is no way of killing him,
you ARE allowed to destroy the hostages in order to save your team from
losing. But, there is no reason, at the beginning of a round, to rush
them and open up their torsos with a para just because you feel like
it.
6. Don't camp when there is no purpose. For example,
don't camp the back of the sewers right by the light switch. There is
no logical reason to do so, unless you are being chased by 5 members
of the opposing team and you need a quick way of picking off one of
them before you get killed yourself. Also, if you're a CT, DON'T CAMP
THE HOSTAGES. CT hostage campers will be slapped, then kicked if necessary.
Your mission is to get the hosties and bring them back to your base,
not to guard them when you haven't even touched them.
7. Don't nade spam. If you are in your buy zone and
there's one guy down the stairs, don't buy a HE nade, throw it, buy
another HE nade, throw it, etc. That's unfair to the opposing team mate
as he obviously can't buy additional nades.
8. Be a team player. Help your team win so everyone
can have fun.
9. Be an adult. This may seem like a lot of rules,
but just be a regular player and contribute the fun that everyone else
is entitled to have on our server. Ignorance leads to censorship, but
courtesy leads to reward.
