quiet
soldier who always followed orders, Mercer worked hard at his
job and quickly rose through the ranks of Megatron's empire to become
second in-command. Mercer is always aware of what's going on around
him. He makes it his business to learn everything and says little about
what he knows unless it suits him. He trusts the soldiers under his
direwct command as much as a Decepticon can safely trust his peers. He
can be as charismatic as Megatron and is trusted even more by his
warriors. He does not need fear to control his warriors, however he is
not above executing one if they get out of line. Mercer always seems to
know how to deal with a situation and which buttons to push. He could
concievably wrestle Megatron's power from him, however he has no
interest in doing so. He firmly believes in the Decepticon cause and
Megatron's leadership. Indeed, he'd probably be among the first to
defend his Leader. Above all, Mercer is generally straightforward and
honorable to friend or foe alike. Abilities: Transforms into either a Cybertronian helicopter or fightercraft. Can reach Mach 2 in chopper mode or light speed in fighter mode. Due to his rank, he's armed himself with a variety of weapons, most of which can be used in any mode. His arsenal includes missiles, fire blasts, ice blasts, wrist mounted blades and a laser rifle.
