When injustice threatens,
to smother the light.
The hero rises to oppose
the evil might.

The hero battles
what the common man cannot.
Whether he's novice
or many battles fought.

A wise man,
A fool
When the hero rises,
he's collected and cool.

The unlikeliest man,
or a hero born and bred.
It does not matter
after all is done and said.

Protecting life
is his task.
His humanity
unconcealed by mask.
