called Sonimus Prime. She appeared at the end
of the Cindras 2 debacle claiming to be Sunfire
reborn. The situation was further complicated by
the arrival of a human at Oberon base who also
claimed to be Sunfire. Sonimus sounds, looks
and acts like Sunfire and appears to possess
most of her memories. She also appears to seek
the leadership of the Autobot faction, having
stated so--however, the arrival of the Go-bot
claimeing to be Optimus Prime has sidetracked this
ambition for the moment.
Although having similar behavior patterns to
Sunfire, Sonimus Prime seems to favor a more
aggressive approach to the Autobots current
problems with the Decepticons--her new
take-charge attitude is quite a variation on her
older more mellow attitude.
Sonimus' true origins, whether she is really
Sunfire or not, has yet to be revealed.
Abilities: Transforms into a Y'iegun'dii space
fighter. Can achieve Hyperspace easily and
maneuver at high speeds in normal flight.
Possesses standard pulse weapons as well as
neutron missiles and enhanced energy shielding.
Is swift and flexible in bi-ped mode. and carries a
dual-barreled photon rifle. Also has a customized
solid energy projection system built into her left
arm. It can create shields and other weapons,
such as staffs, out of focused force fields.
