(The screen blasts into loud music and a picture of Billy Jay and a logo hovering above his picture. Fans are shown going wild. A RIOT logo is shot into view over a canadian leaf. A building is shown it says Toronto Recreational Center on it. Signs are shown relating to many things such as The FOUR, Jiggallo, Viagra, Dan the Destroyer, ICON Tyler Lee, Ness Manson, Mrs. Streaks, and many more. The bloody screaming face comes to live and a whole RIOT thing happens showing highlights in between shots of the face yelling in pain, shots of Outlander destroying compitition, shots of the FOUR disposing of JayPac. Shots of Apocolypse and partner doing alot to help out the UNION. Shots of the rumble, Crucible being tossed out, Outlander being mobbed and finally knocked out, Vasques going out, Jiggallo and Dan trying to defeat Ness Manson, Jiggallo going out, Ness finally losing to the WC World Champ Dan the Detroyer.)
Billy Jay: Welcome WC fans and addicts! We are here in the WC's opening event in CANADA! Fans go nuts. (Chants of "Bring back Slash" are heard. ) The WORLD TITLE goes up tonight. The blood and sweat for Dan and the hard work of Viagra are gonna be put on line for the WORLD TITLE. It is a cage match. Tonights whole line up is a no DQ bash. (Fans go nuts again) We also have a tag title match, plus a Takvorian match? Whatever that may be. Maybe the most HARDCORE best match of WC history will be tonight as the third battle between these two warriors will take place. Ness puts up the HARDCORE title, Tyler Lee puts up the title of "ICON". The winner will walk away being the ICON of WC and the HARDCORE CHAMPION! (Fans go nuts once again) We also got a cage and a barbed wire match tonight. And not to mention tonights first match . . . . The fight for the #1 contender for the Lightweight Title! Jeph Phillips: Thanks BJ. I love the sound of today's line up! This first match is only the beginning. Superfly E. Vasques is an underrated Lightweight superstar. His talents proved he is good enough to be in the top 6 men in the WC. I'm suprised JayPac has been so quite. He had major talent, the FOUR has really made him scarce, you would think that he would be revenging what they did to him, but we havn't heard a thing. Inferno, member of the FOUR is still a force to be reckoned with and he always could take this match. Then you got fans fav Lil' Sexy JJ Jiggallo! I cannot wait for this one to start. Fans go nuts for Enrique and he liked the attention. Inferno's music blares up, but no Inferno. We have heard talks about problems with him making it to this match. We have heard he wanted someone to fill in but BJ wouldn't allow any exchange. The ref calls to bring out the next guy, here he is Johnnie Jiggallo! Fans erupt. This was the scheduled first match for the WORLD TITLE, but then things got distraught a few times. Now these guys go head to head in the match that shoulda been for the World Title. Here comes JJ. Oh no! It's Bubba! The FOUR manager he has that all famous fumagator spray and is getting Jiggallo good! Fans are going crazy. Mayhem is out too, he has just hit the total destruction to Jiggallo here comes the cavalry! Wolrd Champ, Tyler Lee, Magnus, Apocolypse, Wolfhound, G-Crusher and manager Enforcer all attacking the two FOUR members here comes the rest of the FOUR, HARDCORE CHAMP, Gent wearing the TAG BELT, Inferno is not with the FOUR at this point. He is not in the building. The UNION has run back the FOUR. The FOUR cannot match the numbers! Wait there back out with Brad the Bullet Manson and Mack Daddy along with Badd Company and Squire, Ness, Gent and Mayhem. It has evened up a little more. This is almost like the stable war that was supposed to take place. No real pain being made. Just alot of punches. Finally they split away. Fans are going nuts. Jiggallo has shaken off the spray but is still having seeing problems. Enrique going to work with knee to the mid section and brings him to the corner hops top ropes and exicutes a Tornado DDT. Vasques going right to work, using the advantage he has. Apocolypse grabbing Superflys arms the ref cannot stop anything unless he feel it gets out of hand. Jiggallo still geting up from the DDT. Finally Vasques gets free and a kick sends Apocolypse into the railing down below. Apocolypse has been a real team member latley. Vasques and Jiggallo exchanging blows in the corner and Vasques still with the upper hand whips him into corners runs up him then lands and Jiggallo falls. UNION pulls him out to let him recooperate. Vasques does some gloating then seeing the group of UNION guys down below runs and dives off the ropes springing him into the UNION squad. Fans go nuts. Vasques rolls Double J in a then goes up top with a leg drop before anyone could knock him off the top ropes. Jiggallo put into a Boston Crab and Jiggallo in emense pain. The ref stops Dan and Tyler from diving in and warns them that they may not alter this at this time. Jiggallo taps and taps but the ref is turned away. Vasques doesn't let go, the ref turns Jiggallo has stopped tapping the fans root for him to break the hold, he starts fans go nuts he keeps trying Vasques holds him tight. Jiggallo could not get up and goes back to where he started. Jiggallo hearing his fans once again chanting his naem now! Jiggallo fights and fights pushing up and turning flipping Superfly off. Fans go nuts. Jiggallo lays in pain amazing even himself with that. Vasques shakes his head in disbelief. Vasques pulls up Lil' Sexy hitting a heel kick. Then taunts the UNION and calls them names. They try to just in again but the ref says no. Vasques not paying attention is rolled up by Jiggallo but the ref occupied by UNION men trying to enter and misses the count. Jiggallo then complains saying that he had the match. Vasques sneaks top ropes but UNION manager Enforcer knocks his foot off. Vasques takes a spill. Jiggallo covers but Vasques manages to get his foot on the ropes. Jiggallo calling for the FOUR PLAY (Death Valley Driver). As he does that Vasques hops up and drop kicks him. Jiggallo goes off the ropes stunned Vasques hits a moving Hurricannaranna and the fans love it. Vasques pops to his feet leaning agaist the ropes whincing in pain Superfly slides into his legs forcing him to fall over him into a pin. Fast three count and a upset is made! Fans go nuts, then start chanting Jiggallo upset with the outcome but happy with the action. The UNION flood the ring and attack Vasques. Vasques jumps Tyler Lee and hops the ropes running into the locker room pulling off a huge upset and holding his hands high above his head.

Jeph Phillips: Look at Jiggallo still rubbing his eyes. That spray can really harm your retina. WC tried to ban it but a flaw in the contract has allowed it to remain in the FED as The Squires main weapon. Vasques did an excellent job avoiding the UNION and winning the half blinded JJ. Jiggallo has to still be the third guy for the LW Belt. Jiggallo will have another chance at that belt soon I garuntee that.
The second match is the most crazy match! A match made up by Knock Out Ted Rich called a Mrs. Takvorian Match. This one should really get some things done. This will prove how tough Wolfhound is. All the rules are Knock Outs decision and here is the rules, No DQ , falls count anywhere, bring whatever you want to the ring, loser goes back to school with Mrs. Takvorian? We don't know exactly what that means but we will have to see after the match. This will be the debut for Knock Out, and this will prove who hard these guy wanna work. Whenever I see or hear Wolfhound all I can think of is that great match when it was the ZOO vs. NEST in the cage. When Wolfhound was cleaning house! I saw a future champ right then. I still see him as promising, yet his last few encounters have been altered by intereference and his having to face the Innovator of Pain. Knock Out who came into the WC declaring he and Phalkon would rage over all others. This will be his first test for this! We will see what is under this guy's words! Knock Out is making his first WC entrance.

Wolfhound comes racing to the ring and diving in and attacking Knock Out. A DDT by Knock gets the fans on his side early. After a teator tator type match KO pulls out a bat that he had brung to the ring and cleans Wolfie's clock. Fans go wild. Yet Wolfhound got up and excitcuted a belly to back suplex almost winning the match. Wolfhound then dragged him outside and went to work with chair after chair. Fans loved the action. KO was broken open with a cut on his chin and he was almost unconsious. Ted Rich's manager , Billy Bob Tob, and dosn't interefear but yells at Wolfhound and Wolfhound comes after him. Ted Knock Out Rich goes to the apron then runs and jumps off with a knee, sending Wolfhound into the railing hard. Fans go nuts. Billy Bob Tob ignites the fans as he leaves up the ramp. Knock Out using a series of multiple kicks that dazzle the eye. Wolfhound ducks and Ted would do a sweep he knew what Wolfhound would before he did it. Finally Wolfhound got away from the big guy as he rolled to the side and then hit a drop kick. KO used a face rip that cut the check of Wolfhound to break up an attempted suplex. The match once again went back and forth with litle move and reverses. Finally the ended up in the ring and Wolfhound hit a devestating heel kick that sent KO into the post head first. KO had the bad luck and Wolfhound made the easy win after he attaches the Howling Death and Ted Rich's arm dropped three times!

Jeph Phillips: Now we only wonder what the consequinces are for KO Ted Rich. I guess it's up to him. Ted showed the people he is worthy and only be unluckey fate he couldn't win the match and was knocked out, hence the name. Wolfhound chalked up a big first win since he has been affiliated with the now awesome UNION squad. Great match and a great debut, but the experience paid off.
This next match is a rematch between Goth and Loki. Loki pulled out a victory on Wednesday and Goth was upset. So now here they are at RIOT going at it again! Loki and Goth are very tough guys and they proved it on Informers card! Goth is already out and the fans give him a normal ovation. Let's send you to the ring.

Loki makes his way out showing off to the fans. He gets a good ovation as well. Goth waits, and Loki steps into the ring and get in each others faces, they start yelling at each other then both turn and jump the ref knocking him out. The ref is out cold. Oh my.........
They Then jump up on the 2nd turn buckles and raise there hands in the air to the group of fans chanting NAA. What the hell is the NAA? Fans seem to understand. Loki grabs the mic and Says " They know what is going on , And Soon you will all know" Goth then gets the mic and says " Hunter We know you know brother and remember it Aint over .... IT IS DONE!!! ". This is wild, after a great match on WAR they have been in together this whole time. Goth/Hunter/ Loki a new stable! The New Age Assassins is flashing on the big screen. The fans that know are going wild! Wow, a new stable to the WC.

Jeph Phillips: I must say, that is a sneaky way to promote the new Stable. I'm amazed that they faught such a hard match and now are a team. These guys already have a fourth of the fans on there side, and we knew nothing about this alliance.

BILLY JAYs ANNOUNCEMENT

Billy Jay: I got a few things to announce tonight. First off, I am announcing the Valentine Day Pay Per View event. The name will be TOUGH LOVE. (Fans go nuts) Every belt will be up. This will be one great day of matches! We will see every belt go on the line against the top contender that will be decided on the Storm cards before the Event.
Secondly, I wanna announce that the PPV after TOUGH LOVE, date is undetermined, will be WRESTLE BOWL 99' (fans erupt). At this great event there will be one huge tourney, tag teams and singles guys even managers if they want will be put into one huge bracket. Then it will all night long. No other matches will take place, there will not be anything called a by on this day. No one will be favored, if the numbers are uneven then we will make a three way dance. The brackets will be 100% random. The winner will be awarded a GOLD RING, WRESTLE BOWL 99' RING. Three rings will be givin out. GOLD for the winner of all the events. SILVER for the one who gets pinned by the CHAMP! BRONZE for the one that either wins in the 3rd place match of the man who isn't pinned in the final three guys! This ring will be your a gloat about for one full year, until WRESTLE BOWL 2000 rolls around and then 3 new rings will be awarded. This will one huge annual event!
Third rhing I got to say is a very sad not, Nosferatu and Exodus who where attacked and burnted by the hands of Dark Soldier and Sirach along with DarkAngel, have been announced dead! They have been in critical condidtion until Friday night and finally this info was released early this mourning. We all must pray for their souls! (Pauses)
Forth and final thing, EWA and the WC, are currently in nagotiation for a few FED vs. FED events or something along these lines! We are talking over what we should do, how we should do it, and when we should do it! Any announcements of these things will be announced in the NEWs or on a CARD in the future. Now let us continue with the action.
Jeph Phillips: (looking shocked) My god! Exodus, Nosferatu claimed dead? I donnot believe it! Note that BJ did not mention any punishment for Dark Soldier. How can you get a way with murder? This is horrible. I knew they were hurt but I did not know they were that hurt. Exodus was a respected guy and he has passed on. Wow! Plus that WRESTLEBOWL just tingles my funny bone! I cannot wait. Tough Love sounds great too! I wonder how EWA and WC will do this FED interacting, I have heard that there may be a Talent Exchange, it is on the table right now! What a vision, two men from each side swaping and causing distruction in each others FED! Sounds awesome! What possible combinations of guys could you send. I cannot wait to see how this all turns out.
Moving on, we go to our next great match. This one is for the WC WORLD TAG TEAM TITLEs! The OAG has taken a little heat about their oppenents for this title bout'. But unless this tag team was a UNION tag team I don't think it would matter. Today is not a day to be fighting a FOUR or a UNION member if you have nothing to back it up with. Officer and a Gentleman and Badd Company dominated the first Tag Match and OAG paid off BC for the easy pinfall. This will not be even a match really. Yet we will see if this two underacheivers can pull off anything against the FOUR. The HARDTOPs out faught the Badd Company after a great debut but Badd company proved that that was a fluke match. I don't know what can keep the Officer and a Gentleman from winning this match. The HARDTOP are on there way out getting all boo's! Their lack of effort is very bad for their chances. The fans have just filled the arena with noise that may be able to be rated on the richter scale. Officer and a Gentleman showing off the Tag Team belts. Fans just going nuts! Hard Tops undefeated at 1-0 and that was about all we heard from these guys. Billy Jay is back out now at the top of the ramp.
Billy Jay: Due to the lack of effort and the fans disaproval of the HARDTOPS this will be a match where if they don't win the titles then they are fired! If they return I will re- hire them but I doubt these slackers will ever be back! Thanks! (Fans go nuts as Billy Jay turns to the locker room.)
Officer and a Gentleman elected as the FOUR members to take two more men outta the WC. We've seen them beat the Asylum representative Cannibol forcing the whole stable to be fired, then we say Slash be tarred and feathered and fired, now it's the HARD TOPs at the plate! Bell rings. It is a four man brawl right now and the ref has no intention of stopping it due to the no DQ format. The ref has also been told that as long as the legal man pins the legal man it can be made anywhere. The Gent who holds one of the WC's best records. He has not lost in singles compitition. He goes to work on Odd Job. As jaws tosses Mayhem into the corner but Mayhem with a huge boot. Mayhem missing a standing splash. The Gent wraps the ropes around the arms of Odd- Job then slides out grabbing a chair and slides back in! The FOUR's music blares up. Here comes the FOUR. They all are carrying the weapon of a FOUR member that PIPE. The UNION has no need to counter this since they need not be involved! This one is already over. A few shots to the skull with them pipes and Mayhem sits on his head, Ness and Brad Manson put on leg locks as the legal man The Gent makes the easy pin. Odd- Job being destroyer at ringside courtesy of Mack Daddy and the Badd Company. Fans go wild. What an easy victory as we all guessed. OAG walks away holding the belts proud without even a bead of sweat on their bodies.

Jeph Phillips: An easy victory. Officer and a Getleman don't plan to lose these titles anytime soon. I have not seen any tag team other than the UNIONs tag team that would have anychance agaist these too guys. The FOUR has been the ones that Billy Jay seems to always have clean the roster! It seems everytime someone is off for a long time the FOUR ends up putting them in the trash.
This next match shall be awesome. The WC has a great history of Barbed Wire matches, The Debut of Tyler Lee and a great performence by both Ness and Lee. This is another match with a UNION member. UNION is not the cheating type but can cause matches with the best of them. G-Crusher a new member of the UNION has been a hit at Wednesday War as the fans seem to enjoy this guys attitude. He has been all over. Then you come to the WC's most unpredictable man, BLACKHAWK. Other than at Hallo WeEvil when Dan the Champ Destroyed him costing him the match, BlackHawk has been awesome. He has power and smarts, his plans seem to work no matter what you pull. He knows how to keep a man interested! Let's go ringside.

Here comes the WC's most unpredictable man. . . . . . BlackHAWK! Fans go nuts! His plans have dazzled WC all threwout his WC career. No one has really put a finger down on what this guy really has planned for the future. This is one man that would make a great interview. Here is the newest UNION member g-Crusher! He has done one hell of a job creating fan appeal at Wednesday WAR! Oh no! Here comes the FOUR once again! They are attacking g-Crusher! BlackHawk gloating and taunting g-Crusher from the ring. Fans go nuts! g-Crusher finally rols away down the ramp being chased by the gang of FOUR members. g has pulled out his brass knuckles and jumps into the crowd taking out a few of the FOUR. A spear type attack by g and here comes the UNION once again to save fellow teammate. BlackHawk has been pulled into the mess right as Crusher rolls under the barbed wire. After the brawl comes to an end BlackHawk and g-Crusher finally meet as BlackHawk stands g-Crusher goes to work with the brass knuckles! BlackHawk gets busted open almost right away. The brawl has ended no one remains at ringside. BlackHawk with a leg sweep and rips the brass knuckles away from g. He tries to put them on but gets kicks in the stomach and drops them , the ref kicks them out of the ring. g-Crusher with a meltdown type move and a unseccesful pin. BlackHawk is set up for a piledriver but he tosses g into the wire with a back body drop. Merlin is bleeding. g gets right up and hits a hey maker. BlackHawk stunned looks like he's in pain. BlackHawk reverses a whip but misses a closeline endind up taking an atomic drop! Fast pin, kick out. g is on a roll. BlackHawk rolls to the apron then kneels and hits a low blow threw the wire. g goes down rolling in pain. BlackHawk no hesitating goes top ropes and hits a moonsault. Pin, kick out. This match went back and forth with whip into the wire over and over. BlackHawk could'nt get g up in a suplex and g tossed him to his butt then jammed his face into the wire. Running his face up and down side to side on the sharpe barbed wire. Merlin scream out "Is this extreme enough for you?" And other things like that. BlackHawk falls to his back holding his face as, g-crusher picks up his oppenent connected an elbow to the back of the head. BlackHawk still nursing the severe cuts on his face, the g-crush is put on, a move with both knees on BlackHawks back and pulling a full nelson back. BlackHawk trying to hold off from tapping blood is dripping from his chin. The FOUR comes racing down to stop the submission hold but BlackHawk cannot wait he taps out. The fans go nuts. The FOUR attack Merlin for a few moments and as soon as the UNION came back out they rolled him out and then grabbed a mic, "BlackHawk is the newest member of the FOUR!," Fans go nuts!

Jeph Phillips: Neither stable could take any advantage. It was too equal. Both of these multi talented guys look so promising expecially with the joining of such strong teams. BlackHawk pulling another suprise joining the great legendary FOUR. g-Crusher wouldn't have won without the UNION either! What a good match!
This next match has been just announced. Hell in the Cell Weapons match. Garroter vs. A mystery man! I wonder who this mystery guy is gonna be! This should be a hell of a match! Let's send it to the ring.

Garroter is called out and is standing in the cell. No music is playing for his opponent. The lights have just gone out. A whispering is sounding along with thundering sounds. 30 seconds pass, "Puttin' on the Ritz" plays and the fans explode! It's the fans choice for fun Gary Cooper pulling along Sir Sack and the Rock in a Radio Flyer. The fans are tossing the fake rocks at the cell. We all tought Garroter and Cooper were the same guy but no! Here they are counter existing! I don't believe this reaction. The bell rings. After a long grueling match it went from a brutla fight inside the cell. Then it ended up top of the cage, both men bleeding and tired. DDT's Suplex's, Firemen carries, Bull Dogs, everythnig was pulled off, but no one could hit there finisher and no one could go on a big enough roll to make the pin. Chair shots, Bat smashes, even latter tosses, nothing gave the man an advantage big enough to win! Fans were going nuts the whole time. The match passes over the 30 minutes mark and both men after a simultanious closeline lay bleeding on top the cell, blood drips down to the mat below. Fans scream for the guys to get up. No one can. The both try to sit up but cna never get to ther feet. And they begin punching from their knees. Fans are going crazy once again seeing the great match before their eyes! Wait a minute here comes Sirach and Dark Soldier, last week we saw the team displayed Garroter Dark Doldier and Sirach it looks bad for Gary Cooper! Very bad. They climb to the top. Gary has grabbed Dark Soldier and hits the Wednesday Nigth Special. Fans go absolutly crazy! Garroter turns on them doing the IRON COLLAR to Sirach! Fans are going nuts! They have formed a team it looks like! Wow! What a display!

Jeph Phillips: I'm very amazed at that! They fight threw over a half hour and then work together to turn on Dark Soldier and Sirach. Fans loved it! It was one to remember!

Lady G led to the ring by BlackHawk. She ain't no Jennifer Streaks but she ain't bad. Who will lead Jennifer to the ring? Here she is fans going nuts! She is out with. . . . . . .. oh my Bobby Magic. Bobby Magic is carrying her. She is enjoying it too. The Squire is coming out now! He has some papers and a mic! "I am filing a sexual harrasment lawsuit," He has papers saying he wants to take Streaks to court. What for? He has left now. We will have to hear from Squire later on more of this lawsuit! Jennifer is pissed! Bobby Magic gives her a hug! What's this here comes Gary Cooper again! He walks up and sits next to the announcers! Oh my here comes Billy Jay with a bat behind his back. Bobby Magic doesn't know what's going on. The fnas cheer Jennifer and BOO Bobby Magic it is a bad combo I think Billy Jay is gonna punish Magic for taking Streaks and being aquainted with her. Lady G and Jennifer go at it as the bell rings. Billy Jay takes the bat and smashes Bobby Magic from behind then rolls into the ring and fakes to hit Lady G and BlackHawk jumps up into the ring. Lady G is rolled up from behind due to Billy Jay's distraction and a fast three count by the ref and Mrs. Streaks get a fast easy win by the hands of Billy Jay. Cooper talks into the announcers thinger "This Women's division doesn't look too tough, from this point I am declaring my run for Miss WC Crown! Laughs! Jennifer Streaks slides out of the ring and checks on Bobby Magic! Billy Jay pulls her away from him then smacks him again! Fans love it! Jennifer goes with Billy Jay, she obviously has concern for Bobby Magic but does what Billy Jay says.

Jeph Phillips: I'm very confused! I understand Billy Jay and Bobby Magic are just enemies, and it seems Billy Jay and Mrs. Streaks aren't enemies yet Bobby and Jennifer seems to be attached too! This may cause some major controversy!
Oh, the one we've all been waiting for! The HARDCORE TITLE MATCH. The third match up between these two guys. I cannot wait for this awesome match up! Hey, Billy Jay is back out here and climbing in the ring.
Billy Jay: I want to say sorry to Tyler Lee you requested a type of match which I cannot accept due to the fact that you are the challenger and that Ness has not been in agreement with that match. So this match will be a No DQ, falls count anywhere match!
