KEVIN SCOTT RICHARDSON

Kevin Richardson is the oldest member of the Backstreet Boys. He was raised in Lexington, Kentucky, on his family's farm. He has many qualities needed for a leader. He is responsible, mature, and a little bossy (which is needed to be a good leader sometimes). When he first met AJ, Nick and Howie, he was working in Disneyworld. When Kevin was back home in Lexington, Kentucky, he was in a band that didn't work out too well, so he headed to Orlando in search of a new career. You wouldn't expect this bloke to dress up as Aladdin, would you?

Back before the Backstreet Boys, Kevin and his cousin, Brian sang in churches. They grew up together and has known each other all their lives. When Kevin joined up with AJ, Nick, and Howie, he knew that Brian would make the fifth member of the BSB's. So, with Kevin's wise decision, he made one phone call and persuaded Brian to join the band.
