San Cristobel...
Josh and Reva thought it would be smooth sailing after their beautiful spring wedding but it was not to be. Reva was haunted by visions of San Cristobel and a ring that had a picture of a baby in it. While Reva was in San Cristobel on the verge of remembering her past with Prince Richard, Josh was in Springfield trying to find a way to save Reva's life. Reva remembered on the night of the masked ball that the reason she left San Cristobel was Edmund's attempts on hers and her son's lives. Josh, Matt, Jim, Cassie, Michelle and Danny had arrived on the island and they entered the ball under the cover of darkness. Reva had plans to confront Edmund but instead he took her and chained her inside a cave. Josh and Richard raced against time to find her and save her from drowning. After finding her and returning to the palace, Reva decided that Jonathan, her and Richard's son, would be better off away from the island. With help from Olivia and without Richard's knowledge, Jonathan left the island with his adoptive parents. Then Josh and Reva left the island leaving behind a note to a devastated Richard. Back in Springfield, Reva struggled with her unresolved feelings for Richard and the guilt for taking his son away from him again. Richard followed Reva to Springfield and then to Cross Creek. In a moment of weekness, Reva gave in to her unresolved feelings for Richard but was interrupted when Josh and Cassie arrived. Josh and Reva tried for weeks to recapture their true relationship but ultimately decided that they couldn't be together right now. Reva flew to San Cristobel and took Richard to his son. There they decided it was best for Jonathan to stay where he was, and they both agreed that they belonged with other people. Meanwhile, Josh was growing closer and closer to Olivia. Reva returned to Springfield and told Josh how she felt about him. He was just too hurt to forget their problems and Reva decided to give him time because she knew that they would ALWAYS get back together in the end.
One more time...
Annie came back to Springfield with a new face, but her agenda remained the same. Using the identity of Teri DeMarco, Annie befriended Josh and Reva after saving Reva's life from one of "Annie's" traps. It was then believed that Annie had died in a boat explosion but Reva wasn't convinced. Only after DNA evidence proved that it was Annie Dutton's body the police found could Josh and Reva move on with their lives. On Halloween, Teri lured Josh to the shed and told him that Frank was making advances towards her. Teri then used a drug absorbed by the skin to control Josh's thoughts. She revealed herself to him and told him he would remember nothing of their conversations. Annie's first order was for Josh to become annoyed by Reva's little habits. Josh tried to fight the drug and refused to say that he didn't love Reva. After overhearing Cassie and Reva joking about Annie's "death", Annie decided that Josh's next move would be to make advances on Cassie. She used his aftershave lotion as a constant source for the drug. After several uncomfortable situations, Reva finally found out what was happening as Cassie left town. Upset over losing her sister, Reva became suspicious of "Teri" and her concern for the family. Josh and Reva decided to go to the hospital to find out the cause of his blackouts. While there, Josh dreamed of Teri and decided she could help him find out what was wrong. Josh took "Teri" to the lighthouse and began to ask questions. Frank and Reva arrived to find Teri's blouse torn. She tried to make it appear as if Josh had attacked her. Josh was taken to the psychiatric ward. Reva begged him to come with her when she tried to break him out for Christmas, but he refused. Annie arrived in his hospital room to spend the holiday with him but found his bed empty. Reva and the children decided to postpone Christmas until Josh came home. To her surprise, Josh came home to her and they spent Christmas as a complete family. Josh and Reva decided that they were going to figure out what was wrong with him together. Another trip to the hospital led to Reva putting the aftershave lotion on herself and responding to Josh's commands. Tests were run on the aftershave and the drug was found. Jeva realized that Teri and Annie were working together and started to investigate Teri DeMarco. Their search led them to a hospital where they were shocked to find the real Teri DeMarco in a coma. They went to confront Annie and found her lying on the floor of her apartment unconscious. Jeva were arrested for attacking Teri. Finally, Reva caught Annie acting like Teri after she woke up from her coma and she was arrested. Teri left town. At her trial, Ben and Alan used their knowledge of Dolly to make a deal with Josh and Reva. Annie was given community service. On their wedding day, Annie told Reva that she was tired of their rivalry and promised to stay away from Jeva forever. Currently Annie is on her way out of town and Jeva have a new set of problems to deal with.

Annie and Alan were ready to wed when Reva found Annie's real husband, Eddie, and asked him to come to the wedding. Annie was arrested for bigamy and other crimes commited in Ohio. Before she could be extradited, she escaped from jail and went after Reva. Annie kidnapped Reva from the Lewis Oil offices and tied her up on a plane. After calling Josh and making him beg for Reva's life, Annie forced the pilot to empty the fuel tanks and jump out of the plane. She jumped out herself leaving Reva to die. Josh went to Florida to find Reva but had no luck. After many months of Reva being stranded on an island and held captive by her own clone, Jeva are finally happy together again.
Since the trial didn't go Annie's way, she proceeded to find Reva's real sister, Cassie, and pay her to come to town to break up Jeva. Since Cassie was in desperate need for money to get her daughter back, she accepted the offer and began working as Billy's secretary. Cassie stole Lewis Oil information for Alan but felt terrible about it since she really liked the Lewises. Alan and Annie kidnapped Cassie's daughter, Tammy, and forced her to finish the job. She drugged Josh and set him up to look like they were having an affair at the Lewis Oil convention. Reva figured out her plan and the two of them together realized that they were sisters. Reva and Cassie turned the tables on Annie and Alan when they arrived with the photographers to find Reva in bed with Josh instead of Cassie.

Annie had convinced Josh that she was carrying his child and Reva that she was her sister. After Reva figured out that Annie was lying, Josh and Reva made plans to be together again. Annie lost the baby that she conceived through artificial insemination and planned to make Reva pay. Annie lured Reva to the top of the Spaulding stairs and staged a fall claiming that Reva pushed her, killing her unborn child. After a long murder trial, Reva was finally cleared of all charges and free to be with Josh when Annie broke down on the stand and revealed all of her lies. As a result, Annie could no longer have children and Jeva were happily reunited with theirs.

Josh met Sonni in Venezuela and married her. On their honeymoon, Sonni was presumed dead when she fell from a rope bridge. Josh came back to Springfield and reunited with Reva. He also brought back an old friend named Will Jeffries. Will tampered with Marah's paternity tests indicating that Kyle was really her father. Josh left Reva and reunited with Sonni when she returned. Sonni and Will planned to kill Josh as it was revealed that Sonni was really her twin sister, Solita. Reva suspected that Sonni and Will were carrying on behind Josh's back but didn't have the heart to hurt Josh by telling him. Eventually, Josh found out about Sonni's lies but she had convinced Will to say that Josh tried to murder him. Josh was arrested and Reva went to Venezuela to find Sonni and convince her to tell the truth. It was revealed that Sonni was really Sonni and had taken on Solita's personality after seeing the scars from her fall from the bridge. Solita had killed herself after being beaten by their father for sleeping with Will, when actually it was Sonni who was with him. Sonni finally granted Josh a divorce and Josh was free to marry Reva at Cross Creek.
