The Date

She paints her lips
And wears make-up.
Puts on a short dress
And says, "it's time to grow up."

She knows what he wants.
She knows the drill.
She doesn't want to give it up.
But to make him happy, she will.

Her lipstick gets smeared.
Tears develop in her eyes.
He takes off her dress,
And a part of her dies.
