RESERVATIONS:
When making your reservation, we ask you to make it as early as possible in your stay in Albuquerque. That way if the weather is bad, we will be able to reschedule it for you. Remember we will not fly if the weather is bad or marginal. We accept all major credit cards. To make a reservation for your ballooning experience, you need to guarantee it with a major credit card, but you may pay by cash or credit card after your flight.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If it is necessary for you to cancel your flight, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your flight less than 24 hours in advance, their will be a $25.00 per person fee charged for late cancellation.
