As far as bat speed goes, I do
think bat
speed is one of the most important
ingredients, but you have to be able to
control it.
As much as speed helps it hurts the same
if you do not use it right, " Controled
Anger " is what I call it. Being able to
swing with as much bat speed as you can
handle and still control your ball
striking ability. Example, In golf you
don't see the very best swing from their
heels. It appears they hardly swing at
all, but in fact it is controlled. They
just strike the ball perfect most of the
time and get the best results.
