Initially
there is a theoretical introduction to the Brahma Viharas: Metta
(Loving Kindness); Karuna (Compassion); Mudita (Sympathetic
joy; and Upekha (equanimity), followed by a look at how these
qualities can be developed and what the benefits of doing so
are.
" You are shown how to calm and clear the mind.
" Participants are led to chant for the well-being of all, in
English and in Pali.

You are guided to use visualisation to intensify the practice.
" There is discussion about the power of the mind and the effectiveness
of synchronised global meditations.
" There'll be guided practice with a global link-up if appropriate.

Suggested donations
Energy exchange for individual instruction negotiable.

baht per person for group instruction
Course folders, lunch and snacks will be provided.
