A Night Many Moons Ago
The witch-hour approaching rapidly
I'm caught in the moon's eerie light
Before me on a wooden cross I see
Such agony and despair in the face of their crucified christ.
Downtrodden and forsaken by his faith
The defeat shining in his eyes
Showing his stupidity by wrongly accusing the Father of Lies.
I spit in his face, laugh of his fate
Until he gives himself over to hate
Finally on the edge of life and death he sees
That he has misled the jews by his father's decree.
With a smile in my eyes I watch him die
Knowing my job is done
The conversion of christ's complete
The founder of christendom's gone.
The Ressurection erased from history
The believes of christianity can no longer be
In the future christians are finally sat free
To live their lives by their own decree.
