this was part of south by southwest. we played at this show with bonfire madigan, deerhoof, and unwound (unwoo). j mascis w mike watt + ron from the stooges played first, and made the night totally insane by doing 3 encores.
austin was totally nuts during this time.

unwoo. they played under this name on this night cause vern missed the flight to austin when parking the car. then they got delayed in coloraldo or something. it just added more to the madness. justin started doing flips and shit with the guitar, it was pretty intense and very good. they improved the whole set. it worked out sooo good. i was pretty surprised to see justin go off like he did this night. he was outta control. it was amazing!
