this was a pretty tense show, probably one of the most tense shows ever actually. first off, the guy who booked this show didnt tell the hi ho we were playing cause we were 'banned' from the premises. on top of that, he didnt tell the bar owners what 'type' of music black dice and avey tare were. so, black dice plays after xbxrx and then the owner goes nuts. she was yelling, throwing, screaming and eventually turned off the power (and then claiming black dice blew their power fuse!!!). a yelling match started and it was super fucked up.
then avey tare panda bear played after all of that, which wasn't as loud, but i think it irritated the venue just as much.
on this next photo the sign on the ground in front of the drums was put there by the lady who owned the place, it says "thank you, goodnight!!!". she put it there after attempting to yell at the band over the music (which if you have seen black dice anyone knows is impossible.) so then she put a sheet up there which black dices roadie tore up, so she put a new one up.
