What You Are Doing To Cope
I have been struggling with my emotions since the death of Michael, and
have found a way to help. I have been writing down all my memories of
Michael and INXS through the years, from the first time I heard an INXS
song through to the last concert I saw. Even things such as the influence
they had in my life. I am writing this for my eyes only, but it is an
interesting experience to do this. So for those who are having a hard
time of it over the tragic events of the past week, please try writing about
it. I just thought I would share with you my help mechanism, just in case
it helps someone else.

It really does help to write down your thoughts and
feelings. I finally did last night, and I feel a lot better now. Of course
I'll never get over the fact that Michael is gone, but at least I'm able to live
my life in a more ordinary way.
