Judgment Day is coming!

The Top Five News Items from the Show:

(1) Final stipulations were announced for the Marathon WWF Championship Match at Judgment Day. Disqualifications, countouts, pinfalls, and submissions would all count as falls and if there is a tie after 60 minutes the Rock retains.

(2) A title match was scheduled for next Monday's Raw pitting Val Venis against the winner of the Chris Benoit-Chris Jericho Submission Match for the Intercontinental Championship at Judgment Day.

(3) Gerald Brisco won the Hardcore Title from Crash Holly.

(4) Joe C. from Kid Rock made a guest appearance in a backstage skit involving Crash Holly, Gerald Brisco, and the APA.

(5) The final picture heading into Sunday's Judgment Day PPV was the heels in the form of the McMahon Helmsley Faction defeating the faces in the form of The Rock and the Dudley Boys.

Review of the Show

[Q1]...

Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole were the announcers.

The McMahon-Helmsley Faction (X-Pac, Triple H, Tori, Road Dogg, Gerald Brisco, Pat Patterson, Shane, Stephanie, and Vince McMahon) came to the ring to start the show. Stephanie spoke first and booked a match -- Hardcore Holly & Chris Benoit against Chris Jericho and a partner of his choice...Shane was next and announced not only would he tough out injuries and fight The Big Show at Judgment Day but he'd also fight Big Show on Smackdown later in the evening...Triple H's turn with the mic and he requested that footage be shown of The Rock putting Triple H through a table using the Rock Bottom. Triple H elaborated on the rules for the Marathon Match. First, all falls count whether they be pinfall, submission, countout, or disqualification. Further, there would be no overtime. If a tie exists after sixty minutes, The Rock would retain his belt. Triple H predicted the fans would not be happy with the outcome of the match...Vince's turn: Vince went over Linda's popular decisions from Austin and Foley to HBK. Vince questioned Linda's decision to bring back HBK, and went on to threaten Michaels that he had better use good judgment at Judgment Day...or else. Vince then booked a handicap lumberjack tables match between The Rock and the Dudley Boys as the main event for Smackdown...[C]...

Crash Holly entered the Acolytes Protection Agency offices and complained of not being able to sleep out of fear of someone pinning him for the Hardcore Championship. He gave the Acolytes a handful of money in exchange for an hour's worth of protection. He napped in the corner of the office while Faarooq and Bradshaw played cards.

On his way to the ring, Kurt Angle got cheap heat by insulting The Worm and anointing it the single most insulting move in wrestling. He said it makes the Stinkface look like a German Suplex. Angle said that if he would've used The Worm at the Olympics instead of winning the gold medal, the US would've finished behind Guam. He finished his promo with some cheap Detroit Tigers heat.

Kurt Angle pinned Scotty Too Hotty at 3:08
The "single most insulting move in wrestling" made its appearance at 2:30. Kurt Angle countered a rollover attempt and turned it into a pin himself for the victory.

The Acolytes were shown playing cards in their office while mocking the snoring Crash Holly...[C]...

[Q3]...

Chyna came to the ring and announced that the Triple Threat Match between Eddie Guerrero, Dean Malenko and Perry Saturn at Judgment Day was canceled. She said that the winner of the following match would face Guerrero at Judgment Day. She mocked Saturn's lazy eye and Malenko's size and personality when she introduced the two competitors. She then announced Eddie Guerrero as the referee for the match.

Dean Malenko fought Perry Saturn to a draw at 5:05
Malenko laid out Saturn with the Lightheavyweight belt while Guerrero kept Saturn distracted. Then, while Malenko attempted to cover Saturn, he was plastered with the belt by Guerrero. With both men laid out, Chyna announced the match was a draw. Because there wasn't a winner, the match at Judgment Day is still a Triple Threat. This match was basically an excuse for Eddie Guerrero to get some cheap shots in on his fellow former Radicals to gain an advantage going into the Triple Threat on Sunday...[C]...

GrandMaster Sexay pinned Christian in 4:40
This was an excellent undercard match between two above average workers who were given more time than usual for such a TV match. After Christian prevented a top rope maneuver from GMS, a series of roll ups and held tights led to a Sexay pinfall.

The Godfather's Ho (the one who won the Hardcore Title on Monday) tried to persuade the APA into letting her pin Crash Holly, but the Acolytes would have nothing of it...[C]...

Val Venis walked out unscheduled. He complained that the McMahon-Helmsley Regime was holding him down. He said if they don't have any plans for him, he'll make his own plans. He reminded the fans of his Intercontinental Championship reign and issued a challenge for Monday Night Raw to whomever wins the Submission Match between Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit at Judgment Day...Chris Benoit came out and claimed there was no doubt who'd win Sunday, and he accepted Val's challenge but suggested it take place right away on Smackdown rather than on next week's Raw...Chris Jericho's countdown and music interrupted Benoit, and Jericho foreshadowed the Walls of Jericho for Benoit on Sunday -- Y2Judgment Day. Jericho than accepted a match against "The Big Lebowsky" for Monday Night...Hardcore Holly's music then played, and he said he would be more suited for the title shot on Raw. Jericho responded by asking Venis to be his partner for his tag match against Holly & Benoit.

Chris Jericho & Val Venis scored the victory over Chris Benoit & Hardcore Holly by DQ when Holly hit Jericho with a chair at 2:17
Holly then turned on his partner, Benoit, and plastered him with the chair repeatedly. Lawler and Cole put over that Benoit was injured and questioned his status heading into Judgment Day...[C]...

Benoit's injury angle was continued and he was shown taken out on a stretcher in serious pain.

Edge, Christian, and Kurt Angle come to the ring to perform some hilarious heel antics. Christian was dressed in Red Wings garb, and he and Edge announced they'd be revealing a brand new pose for those with flash photography. Edge then removed his overcoat to reveal a Colorado Avalanche sweater and acted out hitting a puck through Christian's five-hole while Christian just stood there looking helpless.

Rikishi Phatu (w/Too Cool) won a DQ decision over Edge (w/ Christian & Kurt Angle) after 1:01
Less than a minute in, Rikishi went for the Stinkface on Edge, but before he could slap it on, Christian put the goalie mask on Edge. Rikishi then put the goalie mask on, but Kurt Angle interfered to draw the DQ. A small brawl followed, but the faces made quick work of the heels and began dancing. During the dance, the heels came back and attacked, leaving Too Cool & Rikishi laid out in the ring. The heels then danced in a pretty funny moment. Kurt Angle looked like a real goof. Too Cool & Rikishi recovered and put an end to the dancing.

The Acolytes were shown laughing at Crash's snoring...[C]...

Gerald Brisco took Joe C. from Kid Rock into the Acolytes Protection Agency to show him a good time. Brisco figured Joe C. was a kid, but he was quickly shown his error as Joe C. grabbed a beer with the Acolytes, who seemed to be old acquaintances of his. The Acolytes decided that Crash's time was up, and they left with Joe C. to go out on the town. Crash was left sleeping in the APA office.

Shane McMahon came out for his match against The Big Show and announced that unfortunately he seems to have misplaced his wrestling gear. Shane called Big Show slow, and said he'd test his speed with a Gauntlet Match against T & A.

Shane McMahon & Test & Prince Albert & Bull Buchanan & Big Bossman & X-Pac & Road Dogg defeated The Big Show in a Gauntlet Match at 3:44
After Big Show made short work of T & A, Shane announced the next opponents to be Bull Buchanan and Big Bossman. T & A recovered and joined the fight, making it four on one. Big Show took care of all four men, and Shane announced X-Pac and Road Dogg as the next opponents. As all six men worked on Big Show, Shane made his way from the top of the ramp to ringside. As Big Show was making easy work of all six men, Shane intervened with a chair. The heels ganged up to attack the Big Show. Shane, with the aid of T & A and a chair, chokeslammed Big Show and covered him for the pin...[C]...

Highlights of the previous match were shown.

Gerald Brisco, aware of Crash being asleep in the APA offices, recruited a referee to help him gain the Hardcore Championship. Brisco scored the quiet pinfall over Crash, but as they were leaving the offices, the referee tripped over a chair, awakening Crash.. Crash then chased Brisco into the ring and used a variety of weapons on Brisco before Patterson ran out to Brisco's aid. With Crash distracted by Patterson, Brisco hit him with a garbage can. While laid out in the ring, Crash was about to become a victim of Patterson's Skid Mark Stinkface (his underwear was clean but he was about to pull them down). Crash came to just in time and hit Patterson with what could be best described as a homoerotic blow, and fled from the ring.

Kevin Kelly was shown waiting outside of The Rock's locker room, as the new Hardcore Champion Gerald Brisco ran by...[C]...

Kevin Kelly hyped his upcoming interview with The Rock, and a video package of Shawn Michaels was shown...The Rock cut a promo hyping Judgment Day and put over his long memory with regard to HBK screwing him and The Rock's history with Triple H...[C]...

A recap was shown of Tori splashing onto Buh Buh Ray Dudley on a table from Raw. Road Dogg, X-Pac, Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, Tori, Test, Prince Albert, Trish Stratus, Big Bossman, Bull Buchanan, Pat Patterson, Gerald Brisco, Shane McMahon, and Vince McMahon all made their way to ringside with about a handful of tables between them. The "McMahon Helmsley Faction," as they were announced, surrounded the ring.

DX was announced as the winners at 6:49 in a match scheduled to be The Rock against the Dudley Boys.
Buh Buh Ray and D-Von actually took turns in the ring. Tables were set up in two of the four corners throughout the match. After being repeatedly beaten by the "lumberjacks," the participants in the match decided to work together to fight the lumberjacks rather than each other. While The Rock worked on Triple H, the Dudleys took out T&A, including putting Test through a table. The Rock and the Dudleys continued working against the heels, despite being opposed in this particular match. While The Rock crotched Triple H, Tori did the same to Buh Buh Ray, allowing both Dudleys to be put through tables by X-Pac and Road Dogg. Triple H put the Rock through a table using his own move, The Rock Bottom. With Buh Buh Ray, D-Von, and The Rock all being put through tables, Vince McMahon grabbed the mic and announced DX as the winners at 6:49. There was no bell.

* Följande skrevs i lördags, det vill säga dagen innan Judgment Day: På www.WWF.com hade HHH i veckan en liten show, där han promotade sin match mot The Rock på Judgment Day. Hela showen var på fyra minuter, och HHH berättade att pinfalls, count-outs, submission och diskning ger en vinst/förlust i matchen. Den som har flest vinster när 60 minuter har gått vinner - och om det blir lika behåller The Rock bältet. - HHH sa också att om inte Shawn (som ska vara domare) dömer matchen "rätt" kommer han inte att ha en framtid i WWF. Judgment Day 2000 - May 21, 2000
Live from Louisville, Ky.
Announcers: Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler.

The show opened with an excellent intro that talked about things that happen in an hour......14,000 babies are born, 5,936 people die, 8,378 airplanes land, 9,166 lightning strikes, you think of sex 21 times, the heart beats 7,320 times.

Backstage, Vince McMahon told the rest of DX it'd be a night of celebration. Gerald Brisco ran in late and was told to get coffee and said Pat Patterson wasn't there. McMahon made a crack about "we can't have a show without Patterson." Wonder if that's a shoot. Patterson would have played a key role in booking the main event, after all.

Brisco was attacked by The Headbangers backstage as he carried coffee.

Shawn Michaels walked in the back with his feminine bicycle shorts.

Rikishi & Too Cool defeated Edge, Christian (Tag) & Kurt Angle at 9:45
The crowd in Lexington, Ky., was ready for action, and it was action that they got as Too Cool and Rikishi took on Edge, Christian and Kurt Angle as Judgment Day got off to an incredible beginning. It looked like Edge had the win for his team, but Grandmaster Sexay dived off the top rope and gave Edge a Hip Hop Drop, winning the match for Too Cool and Rikishi. After the match, the Freedom Hall crowd went crazy with delight as Too Cool and Rikishi entertained them with their post-match dance.

Michael Cole interviewed Michaels, who made a crack about "Lord knows if it's on the Internet, it's got to be true."

Eddie Guerrero and Chyna arrived in yet another love machine. Dean Malenko told Chyna to keep out of the match, and Perry Saturn told Malenko to the winner's ass...Saturn.

Triple Threat European Title Match: Eddie Guerrero (Euro) w/Chyna def. Dean Malenko (LH) & Perry Saturn at 9:03
Chyna, who accompanied Guerrero to the ring, proved to be a definitive factor in the match. Just as had happened earlier in the week, the Ninth Wonder of the World had hidden a lead pipe inside her bouquet of flowers. First Chyna knocked out Saturn with the loaded bouquet, and then she went after Malenko. Dean managed to grab the bouquet away from Chyna, but the Ninth Wonder of the World tripped him, and he went flying head-first into the bouquet. Guerrero promptly wrapped up Malenko into a half-nelson/roll-up and got the victory.

They replayed Brisco pinning Crash Holly on Smackdown. Back live, Brisco crept around the men's room, and fell when he saw his own reflection.

A Shane McMahon-Big Show recap aired.

No Holds Barred, Falls Count Anywhere: Shane McMahon def. Big Show at 6:15
Shane McMahon tried to prove his bravery by challenging the Big Show to this anything goes brawl. But after a few minutes, Shane's true intentions were clear. The Show had Shane set up for the chokeslam, but the Big Boss Man appeared. As soon as Show laid him out with a powerbomb, Test and Albert came out along with Trish Stratus. All of the interference, of course, was legal, this being a no-disqualification affair. Show soon fought off both men, and threw Trish Stratus over the top rope and on top of them for good measure. Meanwhile, Shane tried to crawl backstage, but the Show grabbed him and pummeled him some more. T&A soon recovered and attacked Show again, and Bull Buchanan appeared as well. Buchanan trapped Show's leg under a gigantic speaker/amplifier, and then Shane shattered a cinder block over Show's head to get the upset victory! It took five Federation representatives to lift the amplifier off the Show, who had to be taken to a hospital after the match.

Brisco hung out with the refs but nodded off, and they were going to pin him so he woke up and left.

Triple H and Michaels chatted in the back, with Triple H asking about the wife and kid. Triple H also ripped on Michaels' shorts, saying, "it looks like you're smuggling bananas" in there.

A video recap aired of the Benoit-Jericho feud.

Submission Match for the Intercontinental Championship: Chris Benoit (IC) def. Chris Jericho at 14:30
Benoit was seemingly at a disadvantage going into the match, as Hardcore Holly had pummeled his knee repeatedly with a steel chair last Thursday on SmackDown! Val Venis, who had challenged the winner of this match to a contest on RAW, watched intently on a backstage monitor. Jericho went after Benoit's injured left knee, stripping off the champion's metal knee brace and hitting him with it several times. But the Crippler was able to recover and eventually slap on the Crippler Crossface. When Y2J made his way to the ropes, Benoit dragged him back to the center of the ring and put the move on again. Benoit had the move locked on for several minutes, but Jericho did not tap out. Eventually, however, Jericho lost consciousness, and the referee stopped the match, awarding it to Benoit.

A Triple H promo aired about the King of the Ring PPV June 25, which foreshadowed the title finish.

A replay of the Brisco-Headbangers angle aired and Cole interviewed Brisco, who said he was paranoid and then beat up two vendors who were making the "belt across the waist" sign in back of him.

The Rock told Michaels to call it down the middle.

Tag Team Table Match: Road Dogg & X-Pac def. Dudley Boyz at 12:37
Both opponents had to be driven through a table in order for a team to pick up the win. Throughout the match, Buh Buh Ray seemed to be transfixed with Tori, who accompanied the DX boys to the ring. Buh Buh was out for revenge after Tori put him through a table on RAW IS WAR. Road Dogg and X-Pac got the early advantage, as Road Dogg delivered a pumphandle slam to D-Von, driving him through a table. The Dudleys evened the odds when Buh Buh powerbombed X-Pac through a table. Later, Road Dogg was also put through a table, but the referee had been knocked out and didn't see it. While the referee lay unconscious, Hardcore Champion Gerald Brisco appeared, and Tori got in Buh Buh Ray's face. Buh Buh grabbed her and set her up to go through a table, but Brisco low blowed Buh Buh to save Tori. X-Pac then gave Buh Buh an X-Factor off the top rope, sending him through a table. Brisco revived the referee, who awarded the match to DX. After the match, the Dudleys got the last laugh as they 3-Ded the Hardcore Champion through a table.

They played that weird little girl chant video, foreshadowing the 'Taker's appearance, for the three who got that thing. A video recap of the main event match aired.

Iron Man Match: Triple H def. The Rock (C)
Before the match got underway, Triple H announced that he wanted to win the match "for me, and I want to do it in front of all the people by myself." With that, he sent Vince, Shane and Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley back to the locker room. As the match got underway, special referee Shawn Michaels called the action right down the middle. Nearly 11 minutes in the match, it was The Rock gaining the upper hand, as he hit the Rock Bottom, seemingly out of nowhere, and pinned Triple H for a 1-0 advantage. The Rock worked on Triple H's left knee for several minutes, badly injuring the Game. However, just over 25 minutes into the match, Triple H caught the People's Champion with a Pedigree, and tied the match at one. About one minute later, the Game promptly rolled the champion into an inside cradle and got another pinfall to take a 2-1 lead. With less than 28 minutes remaining, Triple H took a 3-1 lead after he planted the "Great One" with a piledriver. The Rock pulled within one after planting the Game with a DDT with just less than 20 minutes to go. The count was tied when Triple H clobbered The Rock with a steel chair, earning himself a disqualification. However, the Game immediately regained the advantage when he pinned The Rock (with his feet on the ropes for leverage, which Michaels did not see) to take the lead, 4-3. HHH followed up by locking the champion in a sleeper hold. The Rock broke out, but seconds later Triple H put the sleeper hold on him again. This time, Michaels ruled that The Rock had been knocked unconscious, and he awarded another fall to Triple H, who took a 5-3 lead with 10 minutes left in the match. With four minutes remaining, Triple H set up the announcers' table, and tried to Rock Bottom The Rock through the table! The Rock battled his way out, and delivered a Pedigree on Triple H! HHH was busted wide open, and after The Rock rolled back in the ring, Michaels counted Triple H out, making the match 5-4 in favor of Triple H. Moments later, Vince, Shane and Stephanie McMahon appeared. Inside the ring, The Rock hit the People's Elbow and scored a pinfall, evening the match at 5-5. The Rock went for another pin, but Shane McMahon pulled him out of the ring. Shawn pummeled Vince and Shane outside the ring, but when he tried to climb back in, The Rock inadvertently bumped into him, sending him flying off the ring apron. With Shawn out of commission, the others members of DX came from the back and attacked The Rock. With less than a minute to go, however, the "Judgment Day girls" appeared on the Titan Tron … and the Undertaker returned! The Phenom of the World Wrestling Federation, gone for months, rode out to the arena on a motorcycle, climbed into the ring and single handedly took out the entire DX crew. He then turned his attention to Triple H, chokeslammed him, and set him up for a Tombstone just as Shawn Michaels climbed back into the ring. Michaels warned the Undertaker not to do it, but the Phenom executed the Tombstone as time expired. Michaels ruled that The Rock would be given a disqualification for the Undertaker's interference, therefore Triple H won the match 6-5 and is the new World Wrestling Federation Champion! Undertaker chased Michaels back to the locker room as Judgment Day came to an end!

Raw Is War 22/05-2000
From Indianapolis, Ind.
Broadcast live on USA Network.

Without competition from Nitro (which aired an hour earlier due to the NBA Playoffs), the WWF seemingly took the night off by delivering a half-hearted show. During the opening segment, Vince McMahon announced that the main event would be Rock vs. Triple H & Shane McMahon & X-Pac & Road Dogg in a four-on-one match despite Internet reports that Rock hyper-extended his knee and would be unable to wrestle. Sure enough, the announced main event never occurred.

Instead, Rock disposed of Vince, Road Dogg, X-Pac, and Shane during the show which set up a show ending angle involving Triple H and Rock. During the segment, all of the McMahon Helmsley Regime members returned and helped Triple H attack Rock. Undertaker made his return to Raw by driving a motorcycle to ringside and scaring off several of the MHR members. The crowd popped big for Taker's Raw return, and were given a babyface payoff as Rock hit Triple H with the Rock Bottom through a table to end the show.

While the live crowd went home happy, the show was a disappointment. Unlike two weeks ago when the Rock was away filming "Mummy 2," and Chris Jericho was given a heavy push, the WWF balked at the chance to shake things up and instead delivered a show filled with meaningless, predictable matches.

[Q1]... The opening montage aired... The announcers introduced the show as fireworks exploded on the entrance stage...

Vince McMahon walked to the ring for a promo. He took the mic and noted that Judgment Day is supposed to be the day that everything changes. He said last night's show lived up to that slogan. Vince said he and the rest of the McMahon Helmsley Regime must be living right since they were rewarded at Judgment Day. He said he threw one of the most extravagant parties ever the night before to celebrate the MHR wins. Because of the party, Vince said he doesn't look like his "usual GQ cover self." He noted that the rest of DX would be late arriving to the building, but would be there. Vince recapped the MHR wins and said he is most proud of Triple H. Vince said he believes Rock paid Undertaker to help him at the PPV and reminded viewers that Undertaker walked out on his contract some time ago (which was the storyline reason given before he left to have surgery). Vince announced Rock vs. Road Dogg & X-Pac & Shane McMahon & Triple H in a four-on-one match for later in the show.

At ringside, the announcers recapped the Iron Man match and showed still-shots of Undertaker's appearance.

Cameras followed Vince as he walked backstage. Suddenly, Rock appeared behind Vince and attacked him. Rock rammed Vince's head into the wall and hit him with several items including a cookie sheet and a trash can lid. Rock threw Vince inside a limo and told the driver to "get this asshole out of here." Vince poked his head out the window and yelled at Rock. Rock grabbed the trash can lid and gave Vince a final shot to the head for comedy purposes... [C]

[Q2]... A shot aired of Rock, who was still walking in the parking garage...

T&A (w/Trish Stratus) beat The Hardys at 3:53
Before the match, Trish cut a brief heel promo on the Hardys. Early in the match, Albert gave Matt a giant swing which Ross mistakenly called an airplane spin. Later, Matt brawled with Test at ringside. Trish tried to slap Matt, but he caught her hand and shoved her to the mat. Trish stood up and rammed Matt's head into the ringpost. In the ring, Jeff hit the Swanton Bomb on Albert and went for a cover. Trish distracted the ref while Test hit a top rope elbow on Jeff which gave T&A the win... A backstage shot aired of Rock still pacing in the parking garage... [C] Ross narrated a preview of Chyna's appearance on "3rd Rock from the Sun"... The announcers noted that Vince had not planned to stay at Raw due to previous engagements. Ross wondered whether or not Rock's attack would change his plans...

Eddie Guerrero (w/Chyna) beat D-Lo Brown at 2:24 to retain the WWF European Title
Throughout the match, the announcers talked about the PPV Iron Man match instead of what was happening in the ring. [Q3]... Backstage, Gerald Brisco met the DX limo as it arrived at the building. X-Pac, Road Dogg, and Torrie climbed out of the limo. Rock attacked X-Pac and Dogg with a pipe as Torrie and Brisco ran away. Rock threw Dogg and X-Pac inside a parked delivery truck, closed the door, and walked away... [C]

Edge & Christian & Kurt Angle beat Rikishi & Too Cool at 2:47
Angle came to the ring wearing an Indiana Pacers jersey. He said that the New York Knicks are going down. After a pause, Angle noted that the Knicks would be going down in the NBA Finals, but only after beating the Pacers in the conference finals. Edge & Christian took the mic and said Indiana is known for choking, both in pro basketball and Bobby Knight choking players. Edge, wearing a Knight-like sweater choked Christian who was wearing a Indiana player's jersey for their pre-match five second pose. Late in the match, Scotty Too Hotty started his pre-worm dance, but Edge hit him with a tag title belt which enabled Angle to score the pin...

A shot aired of Rock still pacing in the parking area... [C]

[Q4]... In the parking area, Brisco met Shane McMahon as he arrived at the building in his limo. Shane was too busy bragging about his win over Big Show the night before to listen to Brisco, and wandered off before Brisco could explain what Rock had done. Shane came to the ring for a promo and had the director show still-shots of his match from the night before. Shane's prior begging finally paid off as the crowd chanted, "Shane's a pussy" at him. Shane asked to be called "The Giant Killer." Rock came to the ring and punched Shane through the ropes to ringside. Rock went to ringside and punched Shane over the guard rail and into the crowd. Rock beat up Shane in the crowd and then pushed him through a door which Ross said led to the street... [C]

Chris Benoit beat Val Venis by DQ at 6:41 when Hardcore Holly interfered
Benoit wore a brace to sell the knee injury he suffered on Smackdown. The match was solid, but received little reaction from the crowd as neither wrestler is over in a big way. Benoit draws a reaction from time to time, but only when he is working with someone who is more over than he is.

[Q5]... Late in the match, Benoit superplexed Val off the top which left both men woozy. Hardcore Holly walked to the ring with a chair in his hand and hit Benoit with it for the DQ. Afterward, Holly hit Val with a chairshot. As Holly left the ring, Chris Jericho's music began playing. As Holly waited for Jericho on the entrance ramp, Jericho snuck up behind him and hit him with a chairshot... A shot aired of Brisco, who was wearing the Hardcore Title, pacing in the parking area... [C]

An ad aired hyping next week's Kid Rock performance...

The Dudleys beat Big Bossman & Bull Buchanan at 5:05 with 3D...

[Q6]... Backstage, Crash Holly stormed into the APA office and lectured them for not protecting him for the hour he paid for last week. The APA told him to settle down, but he told them he would take it out on their asses. When the APA continued to laugh at him, Crash poured a beer over Bradshaw's head. As Bradshaw chased after Crash, Faarooq reminded him that Crash "is just a kid, don't hurt him"... [C]

Backstage, Brisco phoned Triple H to find out if he was on his way. Brisco started to tell Triple H what Rock had done, but his phone cut out...

Bradshaw beat Crash Holly at 1:59 in a hardcore match
Crash hit Bradshaw with a weapon to start the match. It was the last shot he got in as Bradshaw dominated the rest of the match with stiff shots. In the end, Bradshaw hit the Clothesline from Hell and scored the pin...

Backstage, Brisco met Triple H and Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley's limo as it arrived. As Triple H and Steph climbed out of the limo, Brisco explained what Rock had done to the rest of the MHR... [C]

[Q7]... Backstage, Brisco continued to explain to Triple H and Steph what Rock had done. Triple H got mad and set out to find Rock. As the threesome left the room, Rock appeared in the background... The announcers narrated more still-shots of the Iron Man match... In a segment taped the night before, Michael Cole interviewed Shawn Michaels. Michaels insisted he did the best job he could as referee and stormed out of the room... Backstage, Lita caught Essa Rios flirting with Godfather's 'hos... [C]

Perry Saturn beat Godfather & Essa Rios (w/Lita, 'hos) at 1:31
Malenko was supposed to team with Saturn, but accepted the Godfather's usual 'ho offer. Late in the match, Rios climbed to the top rope as Godfather played to the crowd. Lita jumped onto the apron and knocked Rios off the ropes. Saturn hit a brainbuster on Rios and scored the pin. Lita walked to the back with a smile on her face... A shot aired of Triple H, Brisco, and Steph searching for Rock... [C]

[Q8]... Rock came to the ring for a promo. He complained that while Triple H was awarded the match, he never beat Rock. Rock brought up Undertaker and complained that Taker beat up Triple H "on my time." Rock quickly switched subjects back to Triple H and said he would wait in the ring for his opponents. Triple H and Steph walked onto the ramp. Triple H took the WWF Title belt from around his shoulder and raised it into the air to taunt Rock. Triple H cut a promo about the PPV and said he and Rock did "what nobody else in this business could do" referring to Iron Man match. He said that while Rock was punished on Judgment Day, he was rewarded. Triple H said Rock couldn't hang in at the end of the match. He added that Rock could claim Triple H never beat him, but it didn't matter because he is a winner and "the undisputed World Wrestling Federation Champion." Triple H said he is the Game and still holds the title because "I am that damn..." the crowd added "good." Rock told Triple H, "Just bring it."

Triple H removed his leather jacket and walked to the ring with Steph following him. He climbed onto the ring apron and engaged in a staredown with Rock. Later, Triple H entered the ring and was beaten up by Rock. Seconds later, Road Dogg, X-Pac, Torrie, Brisco, Vince, and Shane ran in. Rock fought them off briefly, but was eventually outnumbered. Dogg slid the ringsteps into the ring, presumably so Triple H could Pedigree Rock onto them. Before Triple H had a chance to hit his move, Undertaker's new entrance video played on Titan Tron.

[Q9]... Undertaker rode his motorcycle onto the stage as Kid Rock's "American Badass" played and a small picture of Kid Rock appeared on the corner of the screen. Undertaker walked down the ramp and punched out Vince. Taker hopped back onto his cycle and drove it to ringside. Taker chased X-Pac, Dogg, Shane, Vince, and Brisco to the back.

Meanwhile, inside the ring, Triple H set up Rock for a Pedigree on the steps. Rock backdropped Triple H to the mat. Rock and Triple H brawled to ringside. Triple H took advantage and set up Rock for the Pedigree on the announcers' table. Rock low-blowed Triple H and hit the Rock Bottom through the announcers' table. Rock re-entered the ring, took off his shirt, and mugged for the crowd while Steph and Torrie tended to Triple H at ringside to close the show...

The last time we left the Millionaires Club, they were tipping over the New Blood bus at the end of Thunder this past Wednesday. Revenge was on the minds of Russo, Bischoff, and their troops, as they set out with a plan for the evening. Before the night was over, Terry Funk, Scott Steiner, DDP, Kevin Nash and even Ric Flair's 12 year old son, Reid all fell victim to the latest barrage from the New Blood camp, putting Vince and Eric in the driver's seat just weeks before the Great American Bash PPV.

Outside, two black limousines pull up outside the arena. Vince Russo, Jeff Jarrett and David Flair got out of one, dressed in black as they mourned the career of Ric Flair.

Weapons Match
The Cat d. Booker T at 4:50
Booker threw The Cat to the floor right away, but Miller used a chair to gain the advantage. Cat continued to wear down the former tag team champion with several of the martial arts weapons that were scattered around the ring. T caught Miller with a big slam to the canvas, and went for the kendo stick, seeking revenge. Shawn Stasiak ran in and attacked Booker, allowing The Cat to strike again to gain the pinfall. As the two on one continued after the bell, the Misfits In Action made the save. Eric Bischoff and Kimberly came to the stage, where Cat and The Perfect One joined them. Bischoff said he his meeting last Wednesday went well and he was one phone call away from changing the face of WCW forever. When Easy E asked Booker to join the New Blood, the group in unison shouted "kiss my ass," as Major Guns dropped her shorts to reveal her skimpy thong underwear.

Outside, Sting, Hogan, Luger and DDP arrived to the arena. When The Hulkster brought up that Nash was late again, Sting said that was his gimmick.

Backstage, Eric Bischoff fired Booker for his actions in the ring moments earlier.

Backstage, The New Blood grieved over a casket that held a big plastic nose and Ric Flair's robe that Vince Russo had stolen from The Nature Boy's house.

Outside, Terry Taylor arrived to the building with Ric Flair's son, Reid.

The announcers stated that Terry Funk would be making a big announcement later in the show.

WCW Cruiserweight Title Match
Daffney Unger d. Crowbar at 3:03
Daffney called Crowbar to the ring, wanting a match to determine the WCW Cruiserweight champion. After a series of heated exchanges that included thumb wrestling, rock, paper, scissors, and an atomic wedgie, Chris Candido and Tammy charged the ring. A brawl ensued, ending with Crowbar taking a tombstone piledriver on a steel chair, courtesy of Hard Knox. Daffney covered Crowbar and, three seconds later, she was crowned the new WCW Cruiserweight Champion.

Backstage, the Kid Cam filmed Torrie giving Horace a body massage.

Outside, Booker told the MIA that he had a plan and to stay tuned till next week. In the background, Smiley and Ralphus were washing cars in the back of the arena.

Backstage, Billy Kidman complained to Bischoff about Horace's involvement with Torrie Wilson. Kidman and Horace started to fight as Easy E punched a referee and gave his shirt to Wilson, ordering her to ref the battle of the New Blood members.

Billy Kidman d. Horace Hogan at 4:00
Billy and Horace went at it fiercely, with Hogan getting the upper hand as he slid a table into the ring. It was back and forth until Hulk Hogan came out and slammed Kidman off the top ropes onto Horace, who was lying on the table in the ring. Hogan put Billy on top and demanded Wilson to count the fall. After the match, The Hulkster told Bischoff that he didn't care who the special referee was at the Great American Bash, he would still beat the hell out of Kidman come the Bash.

Backstage, David Flair through his father's watch into the casket with the nose and ring robe.

Backstage, Terry Taylor asked Reid Flair if he was ready.

Outside, Norman Smiley and Ralphus offered to wash the low rider of The Filthy Animals.

Backstage, the MIA watched the monitor as the Animals pulled up.

Interview: Terry Funk
Terry Funk came to the ring in a tuxedo, ready to make the important announcement. He introduced his daughter Brandy, stating that his daughter and her mother have been waiting for years for this moment. In the back, Bischoff told the New Blood to break up the speech. Funk teased the announcement, then told the world that he was a new grandfather. He went on to say that he was retiring on June 1st. The New Blood smiled at the statement, until The Funker revealed it was June 2001 when he would hang it up. Douglas and the rest of the NB charged the ring and dropped Funk, piledriving him several times onto a steel chair as Tammy held back Funk's daughter, who had charged the ring to stop the beating.

Outside, Major Guns distracted Ralphus as Sgt. Stash switched the buckets that Norman and Ralphus were washing the low rider with.

Table vs. Ambulance Match
Mike Awesome d. The Wall at 1:27
Mike Awesome came to the ring bound to a wheelchair, wearing a neck halo. He pretended to be Chris Kanyon, saying that all he wanted to do was help his buddy, DDP. The Wall came to the ring to break up the interview and start the Table vs. Ambulance Match. Both men used their extraordinary power to their advantage in this battle of WCW big men. Awesome picked up The Wall and dropped him over the ropes through a table, gaining the victory. After the bell, The Wall jumped Awesome until The Franchise intervened with a lead pipe. All three fought to the back, where DDP flew out of the ambulance with a chair. He leveled Awesome and threw him into the back of the ambulance, which drove away. Douglas and Wall continued to brawl throughout the backstage area.

Backstage, Russo told Chuck Palumbo to get Liz out of his face.

Outside, Ralphus and Smiley poured a white substance onto the low rider from the bucket that was switched by the MIA.

Interview: Vince Russo
Vince Russo, David Flair and Jeff Jarrett came to the ring to the tune of the death march. Russo, with the WCW Title over his shoulder, claimed that the fans were to blame for Flair collapsing last week on Thunder. Vince gave the title back to Jeff Jarrett, who claimed he was once again "The Chosen One." Russo said he was a man with feelings and would bury Flair's Rolex with him. He opened the casket and out popped Kevin Nash, who shoved Russo away by his throat. Big Sexy entered the ring and crushed David and Jarrett, before walking away with the WCW gold belt.

Backstage, Vince Russo told Kevin Nash he had exactly one hour to return the belt.

No Contest - Scott Steiner vs. Rick Steiner and Tank Abbott
Big Poppa walked into the house that Steiner built, with his ladies dressed in the Wolverine white and blue. Scott said it was good to be back in the old neighborhood again, and challenged Rick Steiner and Tank Abbott to face him in the asylum, a rounded cage that lowered from the ceiling. The Dog Faced Gremlin came out and the fight was on between the two brothers from Michigan. Goldberg's music played and Tank burst out of his dressing room with bolt cutters in hand, doing the his best Goldberg impression. Tank knocked out referee Mickey Jay and commandeered the controller for the cage. The asylum rose back to the ceiling as Abbott joined Rick in an attack on Big Poppa. Kevin Nash returned to the scene, whacking Tank and Rick with the WCW Title, sending them scurrying to the back.

Backstage, the new interviewer Pamela asked Kevin Nash why he ran into the ring. Nash issued a challenge to Jarrett for later in the show. If Jarrett won, he could have the WCW Tile. If Nash won, he would be the new champion.

Chuck Palumbo d. DDP at 3:04
As The Main Event gave DDP his best posing routine, Page gave him his score ... one fist to the jaw of the rookie. Palumbo slowed things down, nailing DDP with a superkick. Kimberly came out and dropped Liz with a bat shot. As the referee went to check on Elizabeth, Mike Awesome came from the crowd and clobbered Page with the neck halo. Palumbo locked Dallas in the Torture Rack and the referee called for the bell. When Luger attempted to come into the ring, Kim grabbed his leg, giving Palumbo an open shot directly to Lex's face with the muscle flexer. The Package was stretcher from the ringside area.

Outside, DDP screamed for the paramedics to get going to the hospital as they tried to stop the bleeding from Luger's face.

Interview: Reid Flair ad Terry Taylor
Reid Flair called David to the ring, stating he had something to say. David came out with Daffney; ready to listen to the kid he only referred to as "champ." The youngest Flair said that the family, especially Ric, needed David back. Daffney knocked Taylor to the mat with a mini Statue of Liberty to the head. Reid tackled his older brother to the canvas, but David got up and put his 12 year old brother in the figure four before WCW security came in for the save.

Vampiro d. Hulk Hogan at 4:40
Vampiro came to the ring with a gasoline can and blowtorch in hand. Vamp attacked The Hulkster as he rolled into the ring. On the outside, the dark angel used the guardrail and a steel chair to his advantage, looking for anyway to put away Hogan. The announcers scattered as the action spilled onto their table, before heading back into the ring. Hulk used the weightlifting belt on Vampiro, fighting back against the New Blood member. Kidman ran out and brought the blowtorch down across the head of Hogan, allowing Vampiro to get the win. Vamp headed toward Hulk with the gas can, but was stopped by Sting, who sent the NB running.

Outside, The Filthy Animals attacked Ralphus and Smiley when they found their car a different color. The Misfits In Action came to the rescue and told Major Guns to revive Ralphus. She balked at the idea, but then, as Tony Schiavone said "took a grenade for the troops." Just before their mouths were about to meet, Ralphus stuck his tongue out, which was met with a slap to the face by the buxom blonde.

WCW Title Match
Jeff Jarrett d. Kevin Nash at 5:01
Russo, who came to the ring with R & B Security, laid out Billy Silverman with a bat and made himself the special referee. Each time Nash made a cover, Russo, instead of counting the fall, would give Big Sexy the crotch chop instead. The more Jarrett beat Nash down, the more the Outsider would get up. Russo sprayed Nash in the eyes with mace, prompting Scott Steiner to run in after Vinnie and Jarrett. Steiner got maced as well and was handcuffed to the ropes by R & B Security. Nash followed Russo to the floor and set for the powerbomb. The New Bloodbath fell from the sky, covering Nash and Russo, and giving Jarrett time to retrieve the guitar. He smashed the six-stringer over Big Sexy's head and Russo counted three, making The Chosen One the WCW champion once again. Bischoff came to the stage and celebrated with Jarrett and Russo as Nitro went off the air.

THUNDER: Nash Strikes Back
Title changes. Name changes. A change in momentum that will effect WCW for months to come.

Wednesday Thunder provided so many surprises, producers were barely able to contain the show into its two-hour timeslot.

Big Poppa Pump and Big Sexy pulled up to the arena in a Corvette.

WCW Cruiserweight Title Match
Daffney d. The Artist with Paisley and Chris Candido with Tammy
Dressed in wedding black, Daffney avoided the action, while both her competitors and their valets became embroiled in competition. Breaking up and trying to steal pins throughout the match, Daffney was at the mercy of her foes, until Crow Bar made the save. Miss Hancock then joined the action, but left after Tammy purchased the leggy exec's wooden clipboard. Tammy attempted to strike Daffney with the lethal office supply, but whacked her beau instead. Daffney stole the pin.

Backstage, Vince Russo asked Eric Bischoff for help with Nash and Pump. Bischoff, flanked by Kimberly and Cat, told WCW's writer to handle it himself, but did agree to let Kim watch Elizabeth in the interim.

Backstage, Norman Smiley and Ralphus tried to sell The Franchise a variety of toiletries and lotions. Instead of making a purchase, Franchise told the duo he could get them reinstated, if they were willing to face him in a Hardcore Title match that evening.

Backstage, Kimberly did her makeup and gabbed while Elizabeth sat impatiently.

Hardcore Title Match
Terry Funk with Norman Smiley d. The Franchise
Pre-match, The Franchise boasted about getting rid of both Terry Funk and Ric Flair. When Smiley and Ralphus arrived, Bischoff and Cat watched in disbelief backstage. The Franchise dominated the duo at first (with Ralphus wearing a full gorilla suit), but Smiley finally managed several slivers of offense. Countering the Big Wiggle with a low blow, The Franchise regained momentum.

Suplexing Smiley through a table, Franchise appeared ready for victory -- only to have Terry Funk make a monkey out of him. Pretending to be Ralphus, Funk clubbed The Franchise with a chain and took the pin.

Backstage, Russo, David Flair and a mystery woman approached the ring.

Backstage, Nash and Pump -- dressed in ski goggles -- approached the ring.

Interview: Vince Russo, David Flair... and Ms. Snodgrass
Surrounded by R&B Security, Russo had Ms. Snodgrass, Reid Flair's sixth grade teacher, malign the youngest Flair for everything from making flatulent noises to putting mirrors on his shoes. Afterwards, David challenged Reid to a match at the Great American Bash.

Enter Big Sexy and Nash. The duo crushed security and Jackknifed David within seconds, while Russo hid behind Ms. Snodgrass. Nash and Pump forced Russo to agree to a Three-Way Dance between Nash, Pump and Jarrett for the World Title that evening. Backstage, Jeff Jarrett yelled at Russo.

Backstage, Bischoff and Cat chastised The Franchise for his actions, and demanded the head of Funk.

Six Man Elimination Match
Disqualification: MIA (Captain Rection, Major Stash, Corporal Cajun, Lieutenant Loco) with Major Gunns d. Filthy Animals (Konnan, Rey Mysterio Jr., Disco Inferno and Juice)
After a blurring mix of aerials and power moves, Sean Stasiak prompted the disqualification by attacking Captain Rection. That's when Booker T arrived, dressed completely in camouflage. While Booker cleared the ring, The Filthy Animals and MIA continued to battle backstage.

Backstage, Bischoff attempted to counsel the problems between Horace, Kidman and Torrie.

Backstage, tired of Kimberly's constant droning, Elizabeth knocked the former Nitro Girl from her chair, grabbed a bat and ran from the room.

Backstage, Russo discussed business with Tank Abbott and Rick Steiner.

Backstage, The Franchise searched for Funk.

Tables Match
Chuck Palumbo d. The Wall
Despite a tremendous performance from the Wall, Palumbo's Lex Flexer proved to be the most important component in this match. After whacking The Wall with the same item that destroyed The Total Package's face, The Wall fell through a table and lost the match. Post-match, The Wall recovered during Palumbo's pose down, and chased his opponent to the back.

Interview: Eric Bischoff, Kidman, Horace Hogan and Torrie
Bischoff spoke of the unity between these New Blood members, and Horace attacked his famous uncle. When Bischoff challenged anyone from the back to take on his team, Kronic quickly complied.

Billy Kidman and Horace Hogan d. Kronic
At first, Horace's relationship with Kidman seemed questionable. Refusing to tag, Horace watched his New Blood partner take a vicious beating, and even threatened Bischoff with a chair. In the end, though, Horace introduced Brian Clark to the steel, allowing Kidman to steal the win. Post-match, Kidman and Horace continued to exchange angry words.

Backstage, The Franchise forced Ralphus to head for the arena for a beating.

Wall destroys The Franchise
Instead of dealing with Ralphus, The Franchise found himself facing the indomitable Wall -- and a chokeslam through the announcing table.

Gene Okerlund Interview: GI Bro and MIA
The Athlete, Formerly Known as Booker T explained the Bischoff had created the name Booker T when he joined WCW, and since Bischoff had fired Booker T this past Monday, the name no longer existed. Fans were then introduced to GI Bro, the new leader of MIA and soldier against Bischoff's oppression.

GI Bro d. Shawn Stasiak
No matter what you call him, GI Bro proved to be all business in front of the enthused Michigan crowd. Stasiak delivered a solid performance, but in the end, it was GI Bro with a clean pinfall.

Mike Tenay Interview: Sting
Tenay asked Sting about his problems with Vampiro, and the similarities between the two athletes. But, when Tenay began discussing the Human Torch Match, WCW's Avenging Angel became visibly agitated. During the interview, the lights went out. A burning curtain illuminated the set, and infuriated Sting.

Page claimed that he became successful in spite of Bischoff, and insulted the New Blood leader for turning Kimberly against him and injuring Kanyon. During the interview, Liz dragged Kim to the ring. DDP spanked his wife, but was interrupted by the Nitrotron. Mike Awesome was sitting next to Kanyon in the hospital, and told the camera man to stop filming. Page was left with no idea what would happen to his longtime friend.

World Title Match
Kevin Nash d. Jeff Jarrett and Big Poppa Pump
Pre-match, Russo tried to become this contest's special referee, but was stopped by Nash. Pump beat on Jarrett, but then ran to the back when Tank and Rick kidnapped Steiner's freaks. With Russo's help, Jarrett was able to strike Nash several times with a bat, and almost scored the win. Nash rebounded, but once again, Russo interfered and took out Billy Silverman.

On the outside, referee Mickey Jay tried to get to the ring, but was stopped by security. Pump cleared the way for Jay, and chased Russo from ringside. Given a moments opportunity, Nash powerbombed Jarrett and took the win.

* Den 19 maj var Hulken och Vampiro på Ricki Lake (i USA), och Vampiro visade ungarna hur man gör ett chokehold. Vad de gjorde mer, eller snackade om, har jag ingen aning om.

* Rob Ryder intervjuade David Arquette bakom kulisserna på Nitro, och Arquette sa att han gillar att vara i WCW och att han gärna kommer dit då och då. - Tro fan att han gillar det när han blir världsmästare det första han gör! Och i nästa veckas "helt oförväntade titelvinst" ser ni mig, Sebbe & Ademaj som nya tag team champions.

- Jahapp, då är WCW tillbaka på ruta ett igen, med "reprismatcher" än en gång. Men jag ska egentligen inte säga nåt nu när WWF har kört (nästan) samma main event hela året.

* Nu sägs det att de yngre brottarna i WCW tycker om hur bokningen sköts nu.

* Hugh Morrus (nu Hugh G Rection) har fått enomt publikgensvar, så han lär få en push i framtiden. Men hur många gångar har vi inte förutspått det utan att en enda av de yngre får en chans?

* Efter allt detta med att Buff Bagwell slog till en WCW arbetare så har WWF sagt att de inte längre har nåt intresse över att skriva kontrakt med honom. Både WWF och Bagwell hade lite diskussioner förra året med varandra men nu har WWF sagt att de aldrig kommer att kontakta honom igen. - Då kan vi räkna med att Buff kommer till WWF lagom till Summerslam. (Wrestling-ironi.)

* I september tänker WCW ha en liten världsturne. De tänker ha galor i England, South Africa, Australia, Tyskland och Kanada.

* Juventud Guererra har stora problem med WCW's ledning. Jag vet inte vad det är för problem men det verkar vara så pass allvarligt att han funderar på att sluta i WCW och gå över till WWF. Han har inte bara problem med WCW, han ska vara med i en rättegång för att han flydde från polisen en gång.

* Kevin Nash gillar inte att jobba med Filthy Animals och han har begärt att få vara med i en annan angle. De kanske är för bra brottare.

* Chris Candido och Tammy sytch har fått nya websidor, som hittas på www.wcwchris.com och www.wcwtammy.com.

ECW!

* ECW:s arena i New York (Madhouse Extrem) ska rivas. Anledningen? De ska bygga en koreansk kyrka där.

* För två veckor sen, när ECW körde sin Hardcore Heaven, knökade de in 3.400 i publiken, med flera hundra som inte kom in, utanför.

* ECW:s nästa CD kommer att heta Anarchy Rules, som kommer att komma ut när TV-spelet kommer. - Hoppas bara att plattan har lite variation, till skillnad från förra.

* Om Raven mot förmodan skulle släppas tidigare från sitt ECW kontrakt så kan han inte börja brottas i WWF förrens tidigast i början av Juni då hans No Compete klausul från hans senaste WCW kontrakt går ut.

* På Tanakas (märk väl att det inte är indianen) hemsida står det att han ska möta Yokozuna på några smågalor i Saudiarabien (!). Kul att Yoko är på väg tillbaka till ringen!

* Sabu vann XPW bältet häromdagen, men nu nämns det inte ens - vare sig i ECW eller XPW. Anledningen är att Sabu inte får brottas i USA medan hanhar kontrakt med ECW, vilket han gjode ändå.

* Terry Funk och Atsushi Onita har meddelat folket att den 25 juni ska de ha en explosvie barbed wire match i Philadelphia.

* Kommer ni ihåg Yokozuna? (Yokozuna har bantat ner sig rejält. Han har gått ner från 360 kg till 270 kg.)
Han brottades i helgen för ett förbund som heter The Millenium Wrestling Association i en skola i Connecticut. Det var 100 stycken i publiken och under matchen brakade ringen ihop så Yokozuna och hans motståndare var tvugna att fortsätta matchen på golvet.

vilka är gay inom wrestlingen?

Detta är lite svårt att svara på, eftersom det surras väldigt mycket, men det mesta är bara rykten. Men vad jag vet är det bara två wrestlers som har berättat att de är homosexuella. Den ena är Buff Bagwell, och den andra är Pat Patterson. Men några andra brottare som är homosexuella känner jag inte till.

På Royal Rumble 1997 var dem i nån arena i San Antonio Texas och jag undrar om WWF eller WCW hållt någon gala där sen Rumble 97 ? Sen skulle jag vilja veta vad arenan heter.

Vad jag kom fram till var att det var bara en storgala (utöver Royal Rumble ´97) som gick i San Antonio, Texas, och det var Survivor Series ´94. Sen gick där även Tuesday In Texas (1991), men det var ingen gala, men ändå en "halvgala" kan man väl säga. Jag kan också nämna att WWF World Title har bytt ägare på samtliga tre events som har hållits där. (Tuesday In Texas: Hogan slog Undertaker, Survivor Series ´94: Bob Backlund slog Bret Hart och på Royal Rumble ´97 slog Shawn Michaels Sid.) - Och arenan heter Alamodome.

Jag undrar vilka förbund som är störst efter WWF,WCW och ECW.Gör en lista på de 10 största efter WWF,WCW och ECW.

Jag vet inte om du menar vilket förbund som är störst i världen eller i USA. Om vi tar de som är störst i världen (flest tittare) måste vi nog säga att det är NJPW (New Japan Pro Wrestling). Jag har för mig att det är det största förbundet i Japan, och har betydligt fler tittare än WWF. Men å andra sidan finns det mängder av japaner och inte lika många jänkare.
Men om du undrar vilka som är störst i USA (mest tittare går jag efter) så ser det (oftast) ut så här:

WCW
ECW
- och sen vet jag inte, eftersom wrestling sänds sen på regional nivå, och jag har ingen aning om vilka förbund som har mest tittare där.

Om vi ska ta NWA som exempel, så ångar det fortfarande på, men nu är det 15 regionala förbund som kallas NWA, och som har samma World Title bälte. (OBS! Det är ett väldigt förekommande fel att säga att WCW var NWA förr i tiden. Detta är helt fel!)

Men naturligtvis går det att få reda på svaret, om man bara är aktiv i sitt sökande. =)

Jag har hört talas om Asbjörn wrestling federation (tror i alla fall att det heter så) som ligger i Danmark och undrar om det finns någon sida där man kan kolla upp var shower hålls.Det jag är mest intresserad av att veta är om de har nån show vecka 29 eftersom då är jag nere i Danmark på bilsemester då.Det vore ju skitkul att se wrestling live även fast det inte är några kända brottare med.

Jag undrar hur man utläser brottares längd när det stor i amerikanska mått.Ta tex Undertakers längd 6.10 hur utläses det ? Jag vet att varje siffra före .10 är det som det står gånger 30.Så jag vet alltså att 6 foot=180cm men hur fan läser man ut det där .10 ?

Ingen aning. Jag har alltid haft för mig att man halverar siffran och drar bort lite till. T ex Bam Bam Bigelow 368 pounds = 175 kg om man "drar bort lite". Men ärligt talat vet jag inte.

En brottares vikt i pound delas med 2,2 så får man vikten i kg.

Jepp. Har fler än jag upptäckt likheten mellan Al Snow och polismördaren Tony Olsson? Och då menar jag utseendemässigt.

Naturligtvis kan bara Austin & Jimpa Ross svara på det, men enligt det jag har hört, är de polare på fritiden. Austin har också en stark vänskap med Vince McMahon. Och att vara polare med både Jim Ross & Vince McMahon är verkligen bra, om man vill lyckas i WWF. Det var mycket därför Jeff Jarrett lämnade WWF och gick till WWF i oktober 1999. Varför? Fråga, så svarar jag i nästa nummer. =)

När och varför bildades nWo?

nWo bildades 1996 efter att Scott Hall och Kevin Nash skrev på för WCW. Innan hade de varit Razor Ramon respektive Diesel i WWF, och det tänkte WCW dra nytta av. De körde igång en "övertagning" av WCW av Outsiders, som Nash & Hall började kalla sig för. Outsiders var kaxiga och sa att de ville möta förbundets tre största brottare, och matchen blev planerad att gå av stapeln på Bash at the Beach ´96.

Motståndarna var Lex Luger, Sting & Randy Savage, men vem Outsiders tredje partner skulle vara, sa de inte. Väl på galan blev det klart att Hogan hade fulat till sig, och var den nya medlemmen i "New World Organisation" som Hogan kallade det. Och på den vägen är det...

Och det var meningen att det skulle stanna vid tre medlemmar, men eftersom både Nash och Hogan har...hm...kompisar inom förbundet, fick de med fler medlemmar.

Han som kom på idén heter inte ERic Bischoff, Hulk Hogan, Kevin nash eller Scott Hall, utan Paul Orndorff. Sen var det Terry Taylr som kom på idén med T-shirts med nWo symbolen, black & white etc etc etc. Easy E hade INGET att göra med skapandet av nWo! Men det var Hogan, Nash & Hall själva som kom på sina catchfrases etc.

När och varför bildades DX?

1997 - Många visste om att Shawn Michaels i "verkliga livet" var kompis med HHH, Scott Hall & Kevin Nash. Och för att bygga upp Shawn som en heel, började han brottas med HHH som manager och vice versa. HHH och HBK visade även bilder från den berömda Madison Square Garden incidenten på Titan Tron. Och i och med att de visade upp detta, började man spekulera i att Shawn och Hunter skulle göra allt för att få sparken från WWF, för att kuna gå till WCW för att vara med sina polare, Hall & Nash. Men ordet "nWo" nämndes aldrig av HBK och/eller HHH, men alla visste om det ändå. Men detta var inte ett shoot utan ett work, så ingen av HBK och HHH planerade att gå över till WCW.

Dagen efter Wrestlemania 14 (1998) fick Shawn "sparken" från DX, och HHH tog ledarplatsen. (Shawn pensionerades nämligen.) Han introducerade X-Pac som en ny medlem och även New Age Outlaws.

Så man kan helt enkelt säga att DX till en början var en inofficiell version av nWo.

Och man kan även hitta referenser från andra håller; Kevin Nash gjorde en crotch chop på Spring Stampede ´99 mot Goldberg etc.

När och varför bildades Nation of Domination?

I slutet av 1996 hade WCW haft nWo i nästan ett halvår, och tittarna svek då WWF och såg hellre WCW, av just den anledningen. Vince McMahon tänkte vinna tillbaka tittarna genom att ha egna "gängkrig", och började med Nation of Domination. Medlemmarna var Faarooq, som också ledde gruppen, Crush och Savio Vega, som blev heel på kuppen. Med i gänget fanns två vita rappare och en okänd D´Lo Brown, och några funktionärer. Dessutom hade de Clarence Mason, en advokat (både innanför och utanför wrestlingen).

Hela konceptet var att låta Nation hålla på och fejda med sin ärkerival, eller snarare Faarooqs ärkrival, Ahmed Johnson. Men mot mitten av 1997 började det bli bråkigt inom gruppen, så det slutade med att alla tre gick olika vägar, och startade egna grupper.

Faarooq - behöll namnet till sin nya grupp, som var en svart motståndsrörelsegrupp.

Savio Vega - fixade fram tre latinos, och hette Los Boricuas. (Jag vet inte heller hur det svaras.)

Crush - MC knutte och halvbror med Thomas Möller, skaffade tre MC killar, Chainz (Brian Lee - Fake Undertaker), Skull och 8-Ball (Blu Brothers & Harris boys). De kom alla in på motorcyklar och blev Disciples of Apocalyps, och ansågs vara face, medan de andra ansågs vara heel.

Jag kan också tillägga att Nation var den gruppen som lyckades bäst. Men procentmässigt hade faktiskt Boricuas flest vinster över de övriga två gängen.

Men överlag var detta en grej som gjorde att ÄNNU FLER började se WCW. WCW hade i alla fall toppstjärnor i nWo, medan jobbers fick harva i WWF grupperna.

När och varför bildades 4 Horsemen?

Året var 1985, och NWA World champ Ric Flair fejdade med Nikita Koloff. Konstigt nog var Flair face här, och den elaka ryssen hade Ivan Koloff och Krusher Kruschev vid sin sida. Fulingarna jagade runt Flair över hela landet den sommaren, och i Greensboro Coliseum, North Carolina (Flairs hemstad) möttes Flair och Nikita Koloff i en stålbursmatch. Flair lyckades vinna matchen, men fick spö efteråt av de tre elaka ryssarna. Men plötsligt kommer Dusty Rhodes in, och hjälper Flair, sin ärkerival, till allas förvåning. När ryssarna hade fått spö, stod Dusty och Ric och stirrade på varandra. De hade haft en jättefejd precis innan, och vid en här tiden bytte man inte sida kors och tvärs som man gör nu, så publiken var otroligt intresserade av vad som skulle komma ut av detta. (Dessutom var Rhodes/Flair fejden legendarisk.)

In kommer Ole & Arn Anderson, NWA National Tag champs, och attackerade Rhodes. Flair blandade sig inte i (till en början) utan stod och passivt såg på då Andersons gav Dusty Rhodes enormt med stryk. Och det slutade med att Flair också gav sig på Rhodes, och det slutade inte förrän Magnum TA, Rock N Roll Express med flera faces, kom in och räddade Rhodes.

Veckan efteråt berättade Flair i en intervju att han var kusin till Andersons, och att han äntligen har hittat tillbaka till sina rötter. (Detta hade en liten bit av verklighet och logik, eftersom Flair och Gene & Ole Andersons "spelade" kusiner, när Flair kom från AWA till Mid-Atlantic 1974, men detta *glömdes bort* när Flair blev champ 1981, året jag föddes.)

Under samma tid (1985) var Tully Blanchard förbundets största heel, och fejdade med Dusty Rhodes om NWA TV bältet. Bältet bytte ägare dem emellan ett par gånger, och i juni 1985 fejdade Tully med Magnum TA, som han slog för att vina sitt första US bälte. (Det ska tilläggas att Tully hade en valet; baby Doll.) På Starrcade ´85 möttes Tully och Magnum, i en stålbursmatch, som Magnum vann, genom att Baby Doll slängde in en stol åt Tully, som Magnum kom åt.

I flera veckor efteråt snackade Tully om att det var Baby Dolls fel att han förlorade bältet, eftersom det var ju trts allt hon som slängde in stolen. Det blev värre och värre, och Tully var nära att slå till henne, då vår hjälte, vår husgud, vår favoritjultomte, Dusty Rhodes kommer in och räddar henne!

Några veckor senare (fan vad allting tar lång tid - i nuläget hinner man byta gimmick åtta gånger och ha tio bälten på tre veckor) hyr Tully JJ Dillon som sin manager.

I januari 1986 vann Arn Anderson NWA TV title, då han slog Wahoo McDaniel i en turnering om bältet, och i februari 1986 slog Tully Dusty och tog NWA National title, och NWA Natiobal Tag title skippades helt i förbundet.

Tully Blanchard, Arn & Ole Anderson mötte Sam Huston och två andra midcarders i en match, som slutade med att Tully och Andersons spöade upp sina motståndare rejält, som bara Horsemen kan. =) Senare på kvällen brottades Flair, och då kom Andersons & Tully och gav sig på hans motståndare.

Alla fyra intervjuades samtidigt, och Arn Anderson sa nåt i stil med: "My god the world hasn't seen this much carnage since the Four Horsemen of the Apolypse in the bible."

De tog J.J Dillon som sin manager, och Four Horsemen var bildat!

"There have been wannabes who thought they were a horseman, there out of here, there are guys who wait their whole life to be able to do this": *Håller upp fyra fingrar med ena handen.* - Arn Anderson på Great American Bash i June 1996 efter att han och Chris Benoit attackerade Kevin Sullivan efter Sullivan/Benoit falls count anywhere match.

And the rest is history... och på tal om historia, så har Horsemen sett ut såhär genom åren:

1986: Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard & Ole Anderson bildar den första formationen av Horsemen.

1987: Ole Anderson får sparken från förbundet efter att ha missat för många houseshows och andra event, och ersätts av Lex Luger.

1988: Luger vill inte fuska i en match, så JJ Dillon ger honom sparken från Horsemen), och Horsemen är bara tre stycken till i april 1988, då Barry Windham ger sig på Luger och går med i Horsemen.

1989: Horsemen upplöses eftersom Tully & Arn Anderson går över till WWF, och då passar Barry Windham och Ric Flair på att bli face. Ett tag var Barry & Kendall Windham, Ric Flair och Butch Reed en grupp, men många debatterar fortfarande om det var en Horsemen formation. I vilket fall hade de Hiro Matsuda som manager.

1989: Arn Anderson kommer tillbaka till NWA, där han bildar Horsemen med Sting, Ole Anderson och Ric Flair.

1990: Sting har gjort sig förtjänt av en World title match (mot Flair som är champ) men eftersom han är en Horsemen, behöver de inte möts, menar Flair. (Givetvis för att Flair ska kunna behålla bältet.) Men Sting står på sig och vill ha en titelmatch, så det slutar med att han blir brutalt nerslagen av resten av Horsemen, och naturligtvis är Sting inte längre med i gruppen. - Ole pensioneras, och då finns det två platser kvar i Horsemen, som tas av Sid Vicious och Barry Windham (igen).

1991: Ric Flair lämnar WCW och går till WWF, så Horsemen upplöses igen.

1993: Ric Flair återvänder till WCW, och återbildar Horsemen med Arn & Ole Anderson samt nya medlemmen Paul Roma. Men innan årets slut gör Roma bort sig då han vänder mot Horsemen, men får mycket spö för besväret. Och nu upplöses gruppen ÄN EN GÅNG.

1995: Flair vänder mot Sting i en match mot Brian Pillman & Arn Anderson. Dessutom blir Chris Benoit medlem i gruppen, lite inofficiellt.

1996: Pillman lämnar förbundet och går till WCW och ersätts av Steve McMichael.

1997: Jeff Jarrett slår McMichael och får en plats i Horsemen, men får sparken av Flair. Ännu tills denna dag erkänner inte Arn Anderson att Jeff Jarrett nånsin var en Ryttare.

1997: Arn pensioneras och ersätts av Curt Hennig.

1997: Hennig sviker Horsemen och går med i nWo, och än en gång upplöses gruppen.

1998: Horsemen återbildas med Flair, Malenko, Benoit & McMichael, och Arn är manager åt gruppen. (De andra Ryttarna vill få ut McMichael men hittar ingen ersättare så han får vara kvar. Tyvärr.)

1999: McMichael gled mer och mer isär från Horsemen, och inofficiellt har Arn Anderson tagit hans plats, trots att han är pensionerad.

När och varför bildades Corporation?

1999 bildades Coropration av Vinnie Mac, som skulle göra allt för att ha kontroll över förbundet. Medlemmarna var bland annat The Rock, Bossman, Shamrock, Paul Wight (Big Show) & Test.

När och varför bildades Corporation Ministry?

1999 - Corporation Ministry är en blandning av två grupper; Ministry of Darkness och Corporation.

Ministry of Darkness bestod av: Farooq, Bradshaw, Undertaker, Viscera, Mideon, Shane McMahon, Big Bossman, Mean Street Posse, Triple H, Chyna, Vince McMahon, Edge, Gangrel & Christian.

Corporation bestod bland annat av: Paul Wight (Big Show), Test, Bossman, HHH, Chyna & Ken Shamrock, men några av medlemmarna försvann av diverse skäl, och kvar blev Corporate Ministry.

De får order av den anonyma "higher power" (som visade sig vara Vince McMahon).

Men jag har antagligen blandat ihop några namn med nån grupp, men detta är hur jag kom ihåg det. Det ska tilläggas att detta var en väldigt rörig period, då då folk bytte från face till heel och tillbaka, och bytte grupp tre gånger i veckan.

Varför det bildades? För att förgöra Austin, precis som allt annat som involverade Big Mac.

När och varför bildades Los Buriquas? Tror det stavas så

När och varför bildades Disciples of Apocolypse? (Felstavat?)

WWF skaffade fram gäng som krigade mot varandra, till motsats till nWo. För utvecklande svar, se svaret om Nation of Domination.

När och varför bildades Union?

I början/mitten av 1999 härjade Corporation, som var heels, och dels behövdes det en face grupp (nu när DX splittrades) och dels så ville man ha föler face i main event nivå. Medlemmarna i Union var Mankind, Test, Shamrock & Big Show. Deras mål var att ta kål på Vince McMahon och alla andra fulingar i förbundet.

Att de kallades just "Union" var en pik åt Bret Hart, som länge har gnällt över att det inte finns nåt fack för wrestlers.(Union betyder just Fack.)

Man kan helt enkelt säga att Union bildades för att "få över" Test och Shamrock, och Mankind och Wight var med för att de inte inblandade i några angles vid den tidpunkten.

När och varför bildades Ravens Flock?

Ingen aning, men följande har i alla fall varit medlemmar; Raven, Scotty Riggs, Sick Boy, Lodi, Billy Kidman, Saturn, Hammer, Horace, Stevie Richards & Reese.

När och varför bildades Million Dollar Corporation?

När Ted DiBiase kom tillbaka till WWF 1994 sa han sig ha varit den som tog Undertaker till WWF. Detta kan ses logiskt (WOW!!!) eftersom Undertaker taggade med DiBiase (Greg Valentine och Honky Tonk Man) på Survivor Series ´90, Undertakers debut. Men i ärlighetens namn så var det Brother Love (Bruce Pritchard) som introducerade Undertaker i WWF.

Men i alla fall, det var inte den riktiga Undertaker som DiBiase tog till WWF (1994) utan en kopia, Brian Lee. Men sen gick även Nikolai Volkoff med i MDC, vilket nog var ett av de roligaste skitsen jag har sett. (DiBiase bestämmer över Volkoff REJÄLT!)

Flera brottare som gick med i MDC 1994 var IRS, Bam Bam Bigelow, King Kong Bundy, Tatanka & Kama. 1996 gick 1-2-3 Kid (X-Pac) och Sid med, och 1996 gick Ringmaster (Steve Austin) med.

Varför det bildades? WWF kom väl på att den fejkade Undertaker inte kunde vara så långvarig, och Million Dollar Corporation var en bra gimmick, så de ville ha den kvar.

Vilken är den bästa brottaren genom tiderna enligt dig?

Jag är inte så mycket för mattbrottning, utan gillar mer högflygande brottning, så rent brottningsmässigt måste jag nog gå med Jerry Lynn (som gick två ***** matcher i ECW mot Rob Van Dam 1999). Men om man ska ta en brottare som har "hela paketet" det vill säga bra brottning, bra micskills och bra glimt, måste jag säga - helt otippat - Shawn Michaels.

Kan du berätta lite om Chris Jericho?

Vad ska jag berätta? Varför visas inte wrestling i Sverige?

För att TV3 ledningen inte gillade programmet. Enligt Bruno hade programmet väldigt bra tittarsiffror, men ledningen beslutade sig ändå för att lägga ner programmet. - Man kan förstå varför de inte gillade det. - Trean själva säger (både via mail och telefon) att programmet hade för dåliga tittarsiffror. Om nu detta stämmer, jag säger OM, så kanske det kan ha berott på att programmet gick klockan 03.00 på fredagsnätter, och det gjordes ingen reklam för det, och hade man tur stod det med i TV-tidningen. Så varje fredag fick man ställa videon, och hoppas att det blev nåt, eftersom ibland kunde de skita i att visa programmet överhuvudtaget under en vecka eller två. Och ringde man dit och undrade varför det inte gick, visste de inte det. Ibland blev de till och med förvånade att programmet fortfarande visades. =) Snacka om att hålla koll på sina program!

Kan du berätta om rättegången mellan WWF och WCW?

Jag vet inte vilken du syftar på, men jag antar att du menar den om Razor Ramon & Diesel- profilerna.

När Scott Hall (Ramon) och Kevin Nash (Diesel) gick över till WCW 1996, visade de sig på Nitro, med sin respektive profil. Hall hade en tandpetare i flabben, slickat hår och såg helt enkelt ut som Razor Ramon. Men ingen nämnde namnet "Razor Ramon" men kommentatorerna antydde det, genom att säga på sin Hotline att "Två WWF brottare hade sajnat med WCW..." och det var ingen tvekan om att det var Hall & Nash han menade. Några veckor senare visade sig Nash som Diesel, och WWF blev sura och stämde WCW.

"THE LAWSUIT

Professional wrestling promoter (Vince McMahon) brought action against rival promoter (Eric Bischoff), alleging copyright infringement, trademark infringement, tortious interference with contract and violations of Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices, in connection with rival's employment of two wrestlers who portrayed copyrighted characters.

THE FACTS AS STATED IN THE COMPLAINT Titan Sports, Inc., etc., ("Plaintiff") is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Connecticut. Plaintiff promotes live, and on cable, syndicated, and pay-per-view television, professional wrestling under its registered service mark "World Wrestling Federation" ("WWF"). TBS is a Georgia corporation which owns and operates several cable networks, including Turner Network Television ("TNT") and WTBS. WCW is a Georgia corporation and a majority owned subsidiary of TBS.

WCW competes directly with WWF in televising professional wrestling, associated merchandising, and licensing programs. Bischoff is a citizen of Georgia, an officer and employee of TBS, in charge of WCW's operations and serves as a television announcer for WCW programming. Plaintiff contends that success in the professional wrestling business depends upon the development of interesting wrestling characters and story lines. Characters must have names, personalities, histories, relationships, personas, and visual appearances that appeal to consumers. Plaintiff alleges that WWF programming combines character-driven story lines with skillful wrestling while WCW has no reputation for creativity. TBS proposed interpromotional matches in order to associate WCW with WWF, but Plaintiff rejected this idea.

After wrestling unsuccessfully with WCW, Scott Hall contracted to wrestle for Plaintiff. Plaintiff created a wrestling character for Hall called "Razor Ramon," alias "The Bad Guy," with a distinctive Hispanic accent, slicked back hair in a ponytail with a curl in the front, a toothpick in his mouth, a vest, and multiple chains around his neck. Plaintiff registered the service mark "Razor Ramon" with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The contract provided that Plaintiff retained exclusive ownership of the character's name and likeness and the exclusive right to distribute copyrightable materials based on the character. Hall warranted that he would not enter other agreements conflicting with Plaintiff's contract rights.

Plaintiff developed Razor Ramon into one of its most popular characters. He has appeared in television broadcasts, live events, a two-hour videotape, several magazines, and is the subject of merchandise devoted to the character. He won WWF's Intercontinental Championship at least four times. The character is well-recognized by wrestling fans.Plaintiff developed another character using wrestler Kevin Nash who wrestled unsuccessfully with defendant WCW. Nash and Plaintiff entered into a contract with provisions similar to Hall's contract. Nash's character was "Diesel," alias "Big Daddy Cool." Diesel's trade dress included a goatee beard and moustache, black leather pants, a black leather vest decorated with silver studs and tassels, a black low cut tank-top shirt, a black fingerless glove on the right hand, black elbow pads, black wrist bands, sunglasses, and black leather boots. Diesel is visibly different from the characters previously portrayed by Nash at WCW.

Diesel was added to Plaintiff's story lines and appeared in television broadcasts, commercial videotapes, magazines, and became the subject of merchandise. Like Razor Ramon, Diesel also became widely recognized and popular, winning the WWF Heavyweight Championship in 1995.In 1993, Plaintiff promoted Razor Ramon and Diesel on its "Monday Night Raw" television program, which was broadcast weekly at 9:00 p.m. EST. In 1995, defendant TBS began broadcasting a competing program "WCW Monday Nitro" at the same time. Plaintiff alleges that TBS's broadcast continually disparaged WWF, while WCW agents circulated false rumors of Plaintiff's impending bankruptcy in order to lure wrestlers to WCW.In 1996, enticed by WCW's promise of lucrative, guaranteed contracts, Hall and Nash contracted to wrestle with WCW.

After the contracts were executed, Plaintiff alleges that defendant Bischoff planned to capitalize on the goodwill of the Razor Ramon and Diesel characters. Hall and Nash were to appear on WCW's broadcast as Razor Ramon and Diesel, supposedly representing WWF in an interpromotional battle. Before the broadcast, WCW's 900 hotlines told consumers that Razor Ramon and Diesel were considering leaving WWF for WCW, although in reality, they had already done so. Defendants expanded the introductory broadcast to two hours, starting before Plaintiff's competing broadcast. Hall appeared in the persona of Razor Ramon, although the broadcast did not refer to him by name. The end of the broadcast falsely conveyed that interpromotional matches would thereafter air on TNT. Fans sent letters evidencing their presumption that Hall was performing as Razor Ramon for WWF on TNT. Plaintiff attempted to dispel the rumors by broadcasting that Hall and Nash were no longer associated with the WWF. Nevertheless, Hall appeared on two further WCW broadcasts, perpetuating the false presumption. Bischoff also indicated that the interpromotional matches would be seen on an upcoming pay-per-view program. Hall and Nash did appear on the pay-per-view program as the characters Razor Ramon and Diesel. Defendants, however, did not refer to them by any name.

WWF ska försöka förändra Undertakers profil en aning, vilket de har gjort succesivt sen flera år tillbaka. Nu snackas det om att han ska bli lite av en MC knutte, för att bli mer mänsklig. Hur mänskliga nu MC knuttar är. =)

Men rent spontant kan jag säga att publiken hellre ser honom glida in på en Harley, än en likbil.

"Borde han inte kört en likbil?" - Wrestling och logik går inte ihop, broder.

Nu har Vader varit en massa år i japan, ska han stanna där tills han dör, eller finns det någon chans att han återkommer till ECW eller WCW? ....jag förstar att han inte vill tillbax till WWF, där han har bara fått samla damm i ett hörn, utan den minsta push... :-)

Jag kan säga direkt att han måste gå ner i vikt för att kunna börja brottas i WWF igen. Det var av det skälet han fick sluta i förbundet, men det är inte någon schism mellan honom och Vinnie Mac, utan det är det där med vikten. Till WCW lär han aldrig gå, i och med vad som hände sist han var där. (Slagsmål med Paul Orndorff.) Och när han slutade i WWF valde han mellan Japan och ECW, och han valde då Japan, men jag kan tänka mig att han skulle kunna gå till ECW om han vill. Men förbundet har ju en ekonomisk kris just nu, så det kan givetvis påverka Vaders beslut om vart han ska gå. Men än så länge så lever Vader gott i Japan, där han har varit mästare hit och dit.

En bortglömd hjälte - The Last Mohican

En av slutet på 60-talet och början på 70-talets absolut största brottare "The Last Mohican" eller Rodney Fields som han hette på riktigt är för de flesta helt okänd men var på den tiden nästan lika känd som Hulk Hogan och Ric Flair är idag. Rodney Fields avled hastigt av en hjärtattack 1979 i en ålder av 57 år. The Last Mohican var en av den tidens värsta bad guys men det var först vid 45 års ålder som hans stora genombrott kom. I en match som egentligen var hans farväl match så ställde sig publiken upp och applåderade honom som en värdig avslutning på hans karriär. Men när han nu för första gången blev hyllad som en hjälte så var det något i honom som sa att han skulle ge wrestlingen några år till. "Det var som om jag blev pånytt född" har han sagt i en intervju där man frågade honom varför han valde att fortsätta.
Trots att han gick massor av matcher mot de stora mästarna i NWA tex Gene Kiniski, Dory Funk Jr, Harley Race och Jack Brisco så fick han aldrig vinna ett enda bälte i sin karriär. När han i sin andra farväl match 1973 besegrade den dåvarande mästaren Jack Brisco på countout så gav förbundets promotor honom en kopia av NWA World Heavyweight bälte. När den nu 51 årige brottaren lämnade ringen stod alla övriga brottare uppställda på ett led från ringen in i omklädningsrumet för att vissa sin uppskattning.
Den 29 September 1979 fick Fields en hjärtattack mitt under en wrestlinggala som han var och såg på. Ingen i arenan upptäckte att något var fel utan det var först vid galans slut man upptäckte att The Last Mohican var död. Som en parantes kan sägas att varje gång Fields gick på en wrestling gala så var han alltid klädd i indiankläder med tomahawk och fjädrar. Han hade också alltid sitt NWA bälte med. I detta blev han också begravd men efter bara några månader upptäckte en vaktmästare att hans grav var uppgrävd och hans tomahawk och NWA bältet var borta. Enligt rykten så återfanns hans bälte runt en 19 årig student som hittades mördad bara några månader senare. Han sägs ha blivit funnen med en tomahawk inslagen i hjärnan. Om mordet bara är en påhittad historia eller sanning vet jag ej. Men om det är sanning var det då The Last Mohican som kom tillbaka för att hämnas mannen som stört hans sista vila?

Nu är det MIN tur att få välja Veckans Brottare, och då väljer jag naturligtvis Shawn Michaels, så det blir nån ordning på den här listan! =)

Jag hade redan en profil på mannen, så jag tog helt enkelt och kopierade texten, och la in den här. (Hela profilen finns på min wrestlingsida.) Kalla det slöhet om ni vill - jag kallar det valfrihet! Shawn måste ju vara veckans brottare nångång. "Och min bästa tid är nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu."

Och om ni vill ha nån speciell brottare som Veckans Brottare, så maila in och föreslå nån, och skriv gärna en profil över hans/hennes karriär. Så slipper vi göra det. =)

Shawn föddes den 22 juli 1965, i San Antonio, Texas, och blev en av WWF:s största stjärnor, om inte den största.

Shawn började sin wrestlingkarriär i södern, där han signade med NWA, där han sedermera kom att vinna tag team titeln tillsammans med Marty Jannetty. Inte långt därefter signade han i WWF, också då tillsammans med Jannetty, som "the Rockers". På Wrestlemania 5 gjorde han sin debut, då han och Jannetty förlorade över Twin Towers. Rockers vann inte speciellt många matcher på storgalor, och på Survivor Series var de med i eliminerings matcher åren 89, 90 och 91, där de åkte ut på samtliga.

Den 30de oktober, 1990, vann Rockers över tag mästarna Hartfoundation, men fick återlämna bältena ett par timmar senare, eftersom ett av ringrepen hade lossnat, så det ogillades.

1992 var slutet för Rockers. Efter förlusten på Survivor Series ´91, blev Shawn sur på Jannetty, eftersom han tyckte att det var Jannettys fel att fe förlorade matcher gång på gång, så på "The Barber Shop" med Brutus Beefcake, slängde Shawn Jannetty ut genom ett fönster. Och efter den händelsen var Shawn en riktig badding.

Oktober, 1992, vann han Intercontinental bältet från British Bulldog i det sista avsnittet av Saturday Night´s Main Event. Royal Rumble ´93 försvarade han det mot Jannetty, och sen mot Tatanka på Wrestlemania 9. Sen förlorade han bälte till Marty Jannetty, och en tid senare, då Shawn introducerade sin nya bodyguard Diesel, vann Shawn tillbaks det som var hans. I oktober blev bältet vacant, eftersom han inte försvarade det på 30 dagar. Men Shawn "tyckte" att han fortfarande var champ, så han och den riktiga mästaren Razor Ramon möttes på Wrestlemania 10 i den första PPV laddermatchen. Shawn förlorade den, men den blev en riktig klassiker.

Han tog Tag bältet med Diesel från Headshrinkers i augusti 94, och dagen efter på Summerslam, möttes Ramon och Diesel. Shawn Superkickade Diesel (som vanligt) och han förlorade på så sätt bältet. Likadant på Survivor Series, samma år. Shawn råkade sparka Diesel, och på så sätt åkte de alla ut. Shawn blev ovän med Disel, som blev goodguy på köpet.

Royal Rumble, 95. Shawn började matchen med British Bulldog, och de var också de två sista kvar i ringen. Bulldog trodde sig ha eliminerat Shawn, men Shawn kom tillbaka och slängde ut Bulldog. Shawn fick då möta Diesel på Wrestlemania samma år, där han inte lyckades ta WWF World från honom, men matchen var mycket bra. Som bodyguard hade han Sid, som dagen efter vände på Shawn. Diesel räddade, och Shawn blev goodguy.

1997 bildade han, Chyna, Triple H och Rick Rude DX. Shawn lämnade både DX och WWF i mars 98, eftersom hans ryggskada blev så allvarlig. Men inofficiellt hade han inte lämnar WWF, utan ägdes fortfarande av Titan Sports, och kom sedermera tillbaka som Commissioner, som bl.a. vände på DX.

- Jag gillade Michaels som en av The Rockers. Jag tyckte att han hade jävligt många snygga grepp på den tiden men i dagens brottning är de kanske inte lika spektakulära. På senare tid (från DX och framåt) så har jag inte sett så mycket med honom utan mest som kommissionär, men fejden han hade, med Stone Cold när han hade Tyson som enforcer och där Tyson knockade honom i slutet, var rätt så häftig.

Så, klockan är 01.04 och torsdagen har just inträtt, och då sitter man här som vanligt och undrar om man ska slänga ihop nåt krafs i kolumnen eller ta med en recension. =) Men jag väljer det hyperaktuella ämnet att försöka få tillbaka wrestling till Sverige. Eller åtminstone på TV.

Vi som är med på listan (vet du inte vad listan är? Kolla in min FAQ.) vet att vi har diskuterat detta under ett par dagar, och jag tänkte att det kanske vore bra om alla ni som inte är med i listan, går med.

Jag kommer att nämna några av Johans idéer här nedan, så credit går till honom.

För att vi ska kunna få wrestling till nån svensk kanal, krävs det att vi är MÅNGA som vill det. Och det hjälper inte att sitta hemma och flukta på sin slutkörda kopia av Wrestlemania 5 och sura över att TV-bossarna inte fattar vad "dagens" wrestling innebär. Så en tanke är att starta en enda stor hemsida, på svenska, om - you guessed it - WRESTLING. Vad jag menar med detta, är att vi behöver en gemensam samlingsplats för svenska wrestlingfans! Jag själv har en sida, några andra killar har också sidor om wrestling, och om man duttar ut två tre bilder på sin sida, lite fakta, lite resultat och en nyhetssektion som kanske inte uppdateras nånting, ser man inte sammanhanget. Och jag vet att det finns många Skunkar som gillar wrestling, men de vill tydligen inte gå med i vår lista. Men om vi nu ska återgå till hemsidan; om vi gör som Rantsylvania, det vill säga vi är en bunke webmastrar som jobbar tillsammans med en och samma sida, där en har hans om måndagsresultat, en har hand om profiler, en om design (?), en om PPV resultat, en om real names etc etc etc. Då blir det inte som det har blivit, det vill säga att man jobbar intensivt den första tiden man har sin sida, men sen tröttnar man. Jag känner mig själv definitivt träffad, men skulle få inspiration genom att veta att arbetet verkligen betyder något - som jag hoppas TASS gör. Då är det roligt att samla news osv, och då har man allt (nåja, nästan allt) under ett och samma tak, och man behöver inte länka runt till 10 andra svenska wrestlingsidor. (Ta nu inte detta som om jag beklagar mig, utan jag säger bara att vi tas nog mer seriöst om vi har en STOR sida istället för många små.) Kolla in följande sidor:

Detta är tre mycket bra svenska wrestlingsidor, och tänk hur stor sida vi skulle ha, redan från början, om vi fyra slängde in allt i samma. Sen är det bara att fortsätta jobba.....

Hur ska då detta gå till? Kan ni som inte kan HTML också hjälpa till? - Givetvis!

OBS! Följande är bara en skiss som jag själv har kommit på, och har således inte diskuterat den med nån, så åsikterna är mina egna, och detta är inte officiellt på nåt sätt:

1. "Webmaster" - Har hand om sidan. Uppdaterar sidan var och varannan dag. Har lösenord till www-kontot.

2. "Resultat man, WWF" - Har hand om Raw is War & SmackDown! resultat. Eventuellt även houseshows. (Ska även vara "webdesigner-vikarie", om den ordinarie webmastern skulle bli sjuk eller åka på semster eller nåt.)

3. "Resultat man, WCW" - Har hand om Nitro & Thunder resultat. Eventuellt även houseshows. Är eventuellt också vikare till webmastern.

4. "Resultat man, ECW" - ECW på TNN & t ex Japan. (Förbund som kommer i andra hand för de flesta av oss i Sverige.)

5. "Statistik killen" - Real names, brottares åldrar, när kontrakt går upp, förbundens rooster, brottarnas längd och vikt etc.

6. "Kolumnist #1" - Skriver naturligtvis kolumner, t ex en i veckan.

7. "Kolumnist #2" - Skriver naturligtvis kolumner, t ex en i veckan.

8. "Kolumnist #3" - Skriver naturligtvis kolumner, t ex en i veckan.

9. "Frågemannen" - En frågespalt, som i t ex TASS.

+ så ska det naturligtvis finnas reportar, som samlar news och då får vi fixa fram en newsboard för dem att publicera på etc.

Men givetvis måste man göra en mer noggrann planering, och det går ju att blanda de olika posterna. Som sagt, detta var bara en kladd av hur det kan se ut. OM det nu blir så att intresse finns för en stor sida, istället för många små. Jag vill gärna höra era åsikter, så maila mig, så lägger jag ut svaren här i TASS nästa vecka.

Jag kan säga att jag är definitivt för idén om att starta en STOR sida.

(Och för att inga Ung Vänstrare ska halshugga mig, så kan vilken/vilka av dessa poster lika gärna innehas av en tjej.)

Så, nu är klockan 01.40, och jag ska träffa Jennie imorgon...eller idag blir det, så jag måste få lite sömn.

OK, på allmän begäran tar jag ett citat till:

WWF bokar sina matcher/fejder en lång tid före, men hur gör WCW med bokningen? Rajah har svar på den frågan:

10 matcher som jag tycker ett wrestlingfan måste ha sett/se.

Det finns mer "måste ha sett matcher" men detta är några.
Och det är bara WWF matcher, eftersom att jag har följt WWF genom hela mitt liv så är det deras matcher som betyder mest för mig.
Men ni som gillar WCW mer kan ju skriva en egen kolumn.

(De är inte rangordnade efter nån speciell ordning.)

1. Hulk Hogan vs. Andre the Giant, Wrestlemania 3.
Denna match har nåt speciellt över sig, den är kult. Publiken, stämningen, Hulk Hogan och Andre, det är mycket som gör den speciell.

2. Undertaker vs. Mankind, Hell In A Cell, King Of The Ring ´98.
Helt otrolig match, nåt som detta har aldrig skådats innan. Denna match kommer nog ingen någonsin att glömma.

3. Shawn Michaels vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Wrestlemania 14.
Första gången en av dem största genom tiderna inom wrestlingen får lyfta bältet för första gången.

4. Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels, Survivor Seris ´97.
En av de mest omdiskuterade matcherna genom tiderna. Behövs egentligen inte säga nåt mer.

5. Shawn Michaels vs. Razor Ramon, Ladder Match, Wrestlemania 10.
Första bra matchen av sitt slag i WWF. En av de bästa stegmatcherna någonsin. Första gången jag i alla fall såg en riktig hård match i WWF.

6. Hulk Hogan vs. Ultimate Warrior, Wrestlemania 6.
En härlig match, som kommer att gå till historien. Första riktigt stora face vs. face matchen om jag minns rätt.

7. Ultimate Warrior vs. Ravishing Rick Rude (R.I.P), Steel Cage Match, Summerslam ´90.
Lite mer av personliga skäl jag tar med denna. Summerslam 90 var den första galan jag såg i mitt liv. Och denna match kommer jag aldrig att glömma.

8. 1-2-3 Kid vs. Razor Ramon, den var på någon Monday Night Raw 93 eller nåt sånt.
Kunde inte låta bli att ta med denna. Av denna match fick jag ett mitt första och ett av de bästa wrestlingminne jag någonsin kommer att få. Jag blev hur glad som helst när jag såg 1-2-3 Kid vinna mot Ramon. På den tiden när man var mark så kunde man inte bara låta bli att brista ut i glädje när en sån liten good guy som 1-2-3 Kid slog en stor ond brottare. Det var första gången jag såg nåt sånt här hända. (När jag var liten kallade jag jämt de som var face goda och de som var heel onda.)

9. Shawn Michaels vs. Undertaker, Hell In A Cell, IYH 18 Badd Blood.
Första Hell In A Cell Matchen någonsin, en hård blodig kamp. En av Shawn Michaels bästa matcher någonsin.

10. Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels, Iron Man Match, Wrestlemania 12.
Mycket bra match, en lång härlig kamp mellan två av de mest tekniska brottarna i WWF's historia.
