Superfly's Drinks By Title: A-D
ADMIRAL COCKTAIL
- 1 oz. bourbon
- 1 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- Over ice, garnish with lemon
1 1/2 oz. peppermint schnapps
1 cup hot chocolate
whipped cream on top
1/2 oz. sloe gin
1/2 oz. southern comfort
1/2 oz. triple sec
1/2 oz. galliano
2 oz. orange juice
over ice, garnish with an orange slice and a cherry
1 oz. cream of coconut
1 oz. amaretto
1 oz. dark creme de cacoa
2 oz. cream
over ice
1 1/2 oz. amaretto
1 1/2 oz. cream
over ice

pour de cacao first, then float cream over the back of a bar spoon to layer. They should NOT mix.
serve at room tempature. If you garnish with a cherry and this becomes an ANGEL's TIT.

pour benedictine first, and float brandy. serve at room temperature

a cold beer
Pour rum and ameretto in a beer mug, and fill with the beer
1/2 oz. chocolate mint liqueur
1/2 oz. banana liqueur
2 oz. cream
add all, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
garnish with shaved chocolate
