These are just regular cocktails. In the recipes, MIX means to fill a mixing glass with ice and then to pour ingredients and SHAKE means to cap the mixing glass with the shaker tumbler, and shake up the mixture to chill it. ROCKS=on ice and UP and NEAT=no ice.
Certain drinks can have the same ingredients except for a main liquor. A Tom Collins can be a Vodka Collins if vodka is substituted, a Whiskey Sour can become a Vodka Collins, etc.
Recipes can vary in different regions, and I used the ones from my area in this site. If you see a recipe that is different than the one you know,please send it to me and I will post both.
