EL DIABLO
• 1 1/2 oz. tequila
• 1/2 oz. creme de cassis
• 1/12 tsp. lime juice
• 1 oz. ginger ale
• add all, serve over ice, and stir

EL SALVADOR
• 1 1/2 oz. gold rum
• 3/4 oz. frangelico
• 1/2 oz. lime juice
• 1 tsp. grenedine
• mix, shake, stir, and strain into a chiled cocktail glass

'57 CHEVY WITH A WHITE LICENSE PLATE
• 1 oz. white creme de cacao
• 1 oz. vodka
• over ice, stir

FOXY LADY
• 1/2 oz. amaretto
• 1/2 oz. dark creme de cacao
• 2 oz. cream
• mix all, shake, and pour into a chilled cocktail glass

FLYING GRASSHOPPER
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz. green creme de menthe
• 1/2 oz. white creme de menthe
• add all, shake, strain into a rocks glass, or pour over ice

GIBSON
• 2 oz. gin
• 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
• serve straight up in a martini glass or on the rocks in a rocks glass
• garnish with pearl onions

GIMLET
• 2 oz. gin
• 1/4 oz. Roses lime juice
• mix, shake, and serve over ice
• garnish with a lime wedge

GIN FIZZ
• 1 1/2 oz. dry gin
• 1 tsp. powdered sugar
• 1 oz. sour mix
• 1 oz. club soda
• mix, shake, strain and pour over ice into a collins glass
• garnish with a cherry and an orange slice

GIN RICKEY
• 1 1/2 oz. gin
• juice of half a lime
• club soda
• over ice, stir

GIRL SCOUT COOKIE
• 1 1/2 oz. kahlua
• 1 1/2 oz. cream
• 1/2 oz. peppermint schnapps
• mix, shake, pour over ice, or serve as a shooter

GODCHILD
• 3/4 oz. vodka
• 3/4 oz. amaretto
• 3/4 oz. hevy cream
• mix, shake, pour over ice, and strain into a champagne glass

GODFATHER
• 1 1/2 oz. scotch
• 3/4 oz. amaretto
• over ice, stir

GODMOTHER
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• 3/4 oz. kahlua
• over ice, stir

GO-GO JUICE
• 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz. gin
• 1/2 oz. light rum
• 1/2 oz. blue curacao
• 1/2 oz. tequila
• 1/2 oz. orange juice
• 1 oz. sour mix
• 7 up
• mix all but 7 up, shake, strain over ice, and then fill with 7 up
• garnish with lemon

GOLDEN CADILLAC
• 2 oz. galliano
• 1 oz. white creme de cacao
• 1 oz. cream
• mix, shake, pour over ice

GOLDEN MARGARITA
• 2 oz. gold tequila
• 1 oz. cointreau
• 3/4 oz. lime juice
• mix, shake, salt rim and pour in
• add ice, garnish with lime

GOLDEN SCREW
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• dash of bitters
• orange juice
• pour over ice, stir

GOOD AND PLENTY
• 3/4 oz. ouzu
• 3/4 oz. anisette
• pour both into a brandy snifter at room temperature

GRAPE CRUSH
• 1 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz. chambord
• 2 oz. sour mix
• 1 oz. cranberry juice
• 7 up
• mix, shake, strain, and pour over ice.
• fill with 7 up

GRASSHOPPER(can also be frozen)
• 1 oz. green creme de menthe
• 1 oz. white creme de menthe
• 1 oz. light cream
• mix, shake, strain, and pour into a chilled cocktail glass

GREEN HORNET
• 1 1/2 oz. brandy
• 1/2 oz. green creme de menthe
• pour over ice, and stir

GREYHOUND
• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 6 oz. grapefruit juice
• pour over ice, and stir

HAIRY NAVEL
• 3/4 oz. peach schnapps
• 3/4 oz. vodka
• 6 oz. orange juice
• pour over ice and stir

HARBOR LIGHT
• 3/4 oz. metaxa
• 3/4 oz. galliano
• pour into a brandy snifter at room temperature

HARPER'S FERRY
• 1 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
• 1 tbsp. southern comfort
• 1 tbsp. light rum
• 1 tbsp. blue curacao
• mix, shake, strain onto a chilled cocktail glass

HARVEY WALLBANGER
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• 4 oz. orange juice
• 1/2 oz. galliano
• pour vodka and o.j. over ice, then float galliano on top

HAWAIIAN COCKTAIL
• 2 oz. gin
• 1/2 oz. triple sec
• 1 tbsp. pineapple juice
• mix, shake, srain into chilled cocktail glass

HUDSON BAY
• 1 oz. gin
• 1/2 oz. cherry brandy
• 1 tbsp. orange juice
• 1 1/2 tsp. lime juice
• 1 1/2 oz. 151 rum
• mix, shake, strain into chilled cocktail glass

HURRICANE
• 1 oz. light rum
• 1 oz. gold rum
• 1/2 oz. passion fruit syrup
• 1/2 oz. lime juice
• mix, shake, strain, and pour over ice, or serve in a chilled cocktail glass, straight up
