Superfly's Drinks By Title: I-L

IDEAL
• 2 oz. gin
• 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
• 1 tbsp. grapefruit juice
• 3 dashes cherry liqueur
• mix, shake, strain into a chilled cocktail glass

IGUANA
• 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz. tequila
• 1/4 oz. kahlua
• 1 1/2 oz. sour mix
• mix, shake, strain into a chilled cocktail glass

INCOME TAX
• 1 oz. gin
• 1 tsp. dry vermouth
• 1 tsp. sweet vermouth
• 1/2 oz. orange juice
• 2-3 dashes bitters
• mix, shake, pour in rocks glass, add ice

THE INTERNATIONAL
• 1 1/2 oz. cognac
• 1 tsp. vodka
• 2 tsp. anisette
• 2 tsp. cointreau
• mix, shake, strain into chilled cocktail glass

IRISH SPRING
• 1 oz. irish whiskey
• 1/2 oz. peach schnapps
• 1 oz. orange juice
• 1 oz. sour mix
• pour over ice into a collins glass, garnish with a cherry and an orange slice

ITALIAN STALLION
• 1 1/2 oz. bourbon
• 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
• 1/2 oz. campri
• 1-2 dashes bitters
• mix, shake, strain into a rocks glass, garnish with lemon twist

ITALIAN STINGER
• 2 oz. kahlua
• 1/2 oz. galliano
• mix, pour over ice into a rocks glass

IXTAPA
• 2 oz. kahlua
• 3/4 oz. tequila
• mix, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

JACK-IN-THE-BOX
• 1 1/2 oz. applejack
• 1 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 1/2 oz. tsp. lemon juice
• 3 dashes bitters
• mix, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

JACK ROSE
• 1 1/2 oz. applejack
• 3/4 oz. sour mix
• 1/2 oz. grenadine
• mix, shake, and strain into a sour glass

JAMAICA COOLER
• 2 1/4 oz. dark rum
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• 2 dashes bitters
• 7 up
• dissolve sugar in rum in a wine glass
• add lemon, bitters, 5 cubes ice, fill with 7 up, stir

JAMAICAN WIND
• 1 1/2 oz. myer's rum
• 1/2 oz, kahlua
• pour both over ice in a rocks glass, and stir

JELLY BEAN
• 1 oz. anisette
• 1 oz. blackberry brandy
• pour ina rocks glass, ice optional

JOE COLLINS
• 1 1/2 oz. scotch
• 3 oz. sour mix
• 1 oz. club soda
• mix scotch and sour mix, pour over ice in a collins glass
• pour over ice, garnish with a cherry and an orange slice

JOHN COLLINS
• 2 oz. blended whiskey
• 3 oz. sour mix
• 1 oz. club soda
• mix whiskey and sour mix, pour over ice in a collins glass, add ice

KAMIKAZE(drink)
• 1 oz. vodka
• 1 oz. triple sec
• 1 oz. lime juice
• mix, shake, pour over ice in a rocks glass

KENTUCKY COCKTAIL
• 2 oz. bourbon
• 1 oz. pineapple juice
• mix, shake, strain into chilled cocktail glass

KENTUCKY COOLER
• 1 1/2 oz. bourbon
• 1/2 oz. rum
• 1/4 oz. orange juice
• 1/4 oz. lemon juice
• dash grenadine
• mix, shake, strain into chilled cocktail glass

LADY BE GOOD
• 1 1/2 oz. brandy
• 3/4 oz. white creme de menthe
• 3/4 oz. sweet vermouth
• mix, shake, strain into chilled cocktail glass

LADY FINGER
• 1 1/2 oz. gin
• 1/4 oz. kirschwasser
• 3/4 oz. cherry liqueur
• mix, shake, srain into chilled cocktail glass

LIBERTY COCKTAIL
• 1 1/2 oz. apple brandy
• 3/4 oz. light rum
• 1/4 tsp. sugar syrup
• mix, shake, strain into chilled cocktail glass

LIME RICKEY
• 1 1/2 oz. gin
• 1/2 oz. lime juice
• club soda
• add gin and lime juice over ice into a highball glass
• fill with soda, and stir

LITTLE PURPLE MEN
• 1 oz. sambuca
• 1 oz. chambord
• pour both into a brandy snifter, serve

LONG BEACH ICE TEA
• 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz. gin
• 1/2 oz. rum
• 1/2 oz. triple sec
• 1/2 oz. tequila
• 1 oz. sour mix
• cranberry juice
• mix all but cranberry juice, shake, pour into a collins glass filled with ice
• fill with cranberry juice, and add ice if needed, garnish with lemon

LONG ISLAND ICE TEA
• 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz. gin
• 1/2 oz. rum
• 1/2 oz. triple sec
• 1/2 oz. tequila
• 1 oz. sour mix
• coke
• mix all but coke, shake, pour into a collins glass filled with ice
• fill with coke, and add ice if needed, garnish with lemon

LUBE JOB
• 1 oz. bailey's
• 1 oz. vodka
• pour both over ice, and stir
