• 1/2 oz. amer picon
• 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
• 1/2 oz. cherry liqueur
• mix, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

• 1 1/2 oz. brandy
• 3/4 oz. kummel
• mix, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

QUICKIE
• 1 oz. bourbon
• 1 oz. light rum
• 1/4 oz. triple sec
• mix, stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

RASPBERRY SMASH
• 1 oz. absolut vodka
• 1/2 oz. chambord
• 2 oz. pineapple juice
• mix, shake, pour into an ice-filled rocks glass

RED SNAPPER
• 1 oz. gin
• bloody mary mix
• pour gin into an ice -filled highball glass
• fill with bloody mary mix, stir, and garnish with lime

RENDEZVOUS
• 1 1/2 oz. gin
• 1/2 oz. kirshwasser
• 1/2 oz. campari
• mix, shake, and pour into an ice-filled cocktail glass
• garnish with a twist of lemon

• mix, shake, and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass

SALTY DOG
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• grapefruit juice
• pour both into a salt rimmed, ice-filled rocks glass, and stir>

SANGRIA
• 1 bottle of white wine
• 1 oz. brandy
• 1 oz. triple sec
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• club soda
• orange, lemon, amd lime slices
• chunks of pineapple
• combine all but soda in a large pitcher, and refridgerate overnight
• add soda when ready to serve, and stir

SCREWDRIVER
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• orange juice
• pour vodka, then O.J., into an ice-filled collins glass

SEA BREEZE
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• 3 oz. cranberry
• 3 oz. grapefruit
• pour these into an ice-filled collins glass, and stir

SEPARATOR(also known as a Dirty Mother)
• 1 1/2 oz. brandy
• 3/4 oz. kahlua
• pour into an ice filled rocks glass, and stir

7 & 7
• 1 1/2 oz. seagram's 7 blended whiskey
• 7 up
• pour seagram's into an ice filled highball glass, and fill with 7 up
• garnish of lemon twist optional

• 1 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz. midori
• 1/2 oz. chambord
• 1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 1/2 oz. cranberry juice
• Mix, shake, and pour into an ice-filled collins glass

• 1 oz. gin

• 1 dash cherry brandy
• mix gin, sour mix, and grenadine, shake, and strain into an ice-filled collins glass
• fill with soda, and top with brandy

SINK OR SWIM
• 1 1/2 oz. brandy

• beer
• pour gin and sour mix into an ice-filled collins glass, and fill with ber

SLOE COMFORTABLE SCREW
• 1/2 oz. sloe gin
• 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz. southern comfort
• orange juice
• pour all into an ice-filled highball glass, and stir

SLOE GIN FIZZ
• 1 oz. sloe gin
• 2 oz. sour mix
• club soda
• mix gin and sour mix, shake, and strain into an ice-filled collins glass
• fill with soda, and garnish with a cherry

SLOE SCREW
• 3/4 oz. vodka
• 3/4 oz. sloe gin
• orange juice
• ice a collins glass, and fill with the above, and stir

SNOW SHOE
• 1 1/2 oz. 101 proof wild turkey
• 1/2 oz. peppermint schnapps
• pour both into an ice-filled rocks glass, and stir

STARS AND STRIPES
• 1 oz. grenadine
• 1 oz. heavy cream
• 1 oz. blue curacao
• pour grenadine into a brandy snifter
• float cream atop grenadine
• float curacao atop cream, and serve

STINGER
• 1 1/2 oz brandy
• 1/2 oz white cream de menthe
• mix, stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

STONG-ARMED CHRIS RETURNS FROM THE DEN (Dedicated to my fiance!)
• 1 oz dry vermouth
• 1 teaspoon sweet vermouth
• 3/4 oz white creme de cacao
• 3/4 oz marichino cherry liqueur
• mix, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry

TAWNY RUSSIAN
• 1 oz. amaretto
• 1 oz. vodka
• pour both over ice into a rocks glass, and stir

TEQUILA STINGER
• 1 1/2 oz. gold tequila
• 3/4 oz. white creme de menthe
• mix, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

TEQUILA SUNRISE
• 1 1/2 oz. tequila
• dash lime juice (optional)
• orange juice
• 1/2 oz. grenadine
• pour all but grenadine into an ice-filled highball glass
• stir, and then pour grenadine in. DO NOT STIR

TEXAS TEA
• 1 oz. tequila
• 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz. rum
• 1/2 oz. triple sec
• 1 oz. sour mix
• coca-cola
• mix all but cola, shake, and pour into a collins glass filled with ice
• top with cola, and garnish with a lemon

TIJUANA SUNRISE
• 1 1/2 oz. tequila
• 2 dashes lime juice
• orange juice
• 1/2 oz. bitters
• pour all but bitters into an ice-filled cocktail glass
• stir, then pour bitters down a spoon
• let bitters rise from the bottom, do not stir!

T.N.T
• 1 oz. tequila
• tonic water
• pour both into an ice-filled highball glass. stir, and garnish with lime

TOM COLLINS
• 1 oz. gin
• 2 oz. sour mix
• club soda
• pour gin and sour into an ice-filled collins glass
• fill with soda, and garnish with a cherry

TOOTSIE ROLL(variation)
• 1 1/2 oz. kahlua
• 1 oz. orange juice
• pour both over ice in a rocks glass, and stir

TOOTSIE ROLL(variation)
• 1 oz. amaretto
• 3 dashes lime juice

TOP MARGARITA
• 1 1/2 oz. Cuervo gold tequila
• 1/2 oz. grand marnier
• 1 oz. sour mix
• 1 oz. lime juice
• mix, shake, and strain into an ice-filled margarita glass with a salted rim
• garnish with lime

TRAFFIC LIGHT(can be a shooter if each are poured separatly and done as 3 shots in a row)
• 1/3 oz. green creme de menthe
• 1/3 oz. creme de banana
• 1/3 oz. sloe gin
• pour green creme de menthe
• float creme de banana on top
• float sloe gin on top, DO NOT STIR
