Superfly's Drinks by Title: U-Z

UNION LEAGUE
• 2 oz. gin
• 1 oz. port
• 2 dashes bitters
• pour both into an ice-filled rocks glass, and garnish with an orange glass

VALENCIA
• 2 oz. apricot brandy
• 1 oz. orange juice
• 3 dashes bitters
• chilled champagne
• mix and shake all but champagne, then strain into a chilled goblet
• fill with champagne

VELVET KISS
• 1 oz.gin
• 1/2 oz. banana liqueur
• 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 oz. heavy cream
• mix, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

VERONA
• 1 oz. gin
• 1 oz. amaretto
• 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes lemon juice
• mix, shake, and pour into a rocks glass, garnish with lemon

VODKA COLLINS
• 1 oz. vidka
• 2 oz. sour mix
• club soda
• pour all into an ice-filled collins glass, garnish with a cherry

VODKA STINGER
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz. white creme de menthe
• mix, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

VOLGA BOATMAN
• 1 oz. vodka
• 1 oz. cherry brandy
• 1 oz. orange juice
• mix, stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

WAGON WHEEL
• 1 1/2 oz. cognac
• 2 1/2 oz. southern comfort
• 1 oz. lemon juice
• 1/2 oz. grenadine
• mix, shake, and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass

WARD 8
• 1 oz. whiskey
• 2 oz. sour mix
• 1/4 oz. grenadine
• mix, shake, and strain into an ice filled sour glass
• garnish with a cherry

WALK ME DOWN
• 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz. gin
• 1/2 oz. rum
• 1/2 oz. triple sec
• 1/2 oz. tequila
• 1 oz. blue curacao
• 7-up
• mix all but 7-up, shake, pour into a collins glass filled with ice
• fill with 7-up, and add ice, and garnish with lemon

WATERMELON COCKTAIL(can also be a shooter if made with only 3/4 oz. cranberry)
• 3/4 oz. vodka
• 3/4 oz. midori
• 3 oz. cranberry juice
• pour all into an ice-filled highball glass, ans stir

WHISKEY COLLINS
• 1 oz. whiskey
• 2 oz. sour mix
• club soda
• pour whiskey and sour mix into an ice-filled collins glass
• fill with soda, stir, and garnish with a cherry and an orange slice

WHISKEY HIGHBALL
• 1 oz. whiskey
• club soda
• pou both into a highball glass filled with ice, and stir lightly

WHISKEY RICKEY
• 1 1/2 oz. blended whiskey
• 1/2 oz. lime juice
• 1 tsp. sugar
• club soda
• pour all but soda into an ice-filled collins glass
• top with soda, and garnish with lime

WHISKEY SOUR
• 1 oz. whiskey
• 2 oz. sour mix
• pour both into an ice-filled sour glass, and garnish with a cherry

WHITE RUSSIAN
• 1 1/2 oz. kahlua
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• cream
• mix and shake

WHITE WINE SPRITZER
• white wine
• club soda
• pour both into a collins glass filled with ice
• stir gently, and garnish with lemon

WHITE WING
• 2 oz. gin
• 1 oz. white creme de menthe
• mix, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

WILD IRISH ROSE
• 1 1/2 oz. irish whiskey
• 1 1/2 tsp. grenadine
• 1/2 oz. lime juice
• club soda
• pour all but soda into an ice-filled highball glass, then top with soda

WILL ROGERS
• 1 1/2 oz. gin
• 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
• dash triple sec
• 1 tbsp. orange juice
• mix, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

WOO WOO
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• 3/4 oz. peach schnapps
• 3 oz. cranberry juice
• pour all into an ice-filled highball glass, and stir

XANGO
• 1 1/2 oz. light rum
• 1/2 oz. triple sec
• 1 oz. grapefruit
• mix, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

XYZ
• 1 1/2 oz. light rum
• 1/2 oz. triple sec
• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• mix, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

YELLOW PARROT
• 1 oz. apricot brandy
• 1 oz. pernod
• 3/4 oz. yellow chartreuse
• mix, shake, and pour into an ice-filled rocks glass

YELLOW RATTLER
• 1 oz. dry vermouth
• 1 oz. sweet vermouth
• 1 oz. gin
• 3 oz. orange juice
• mix, shake, and strain into a chilled goblet

ZOMBIE
• 1/2 oz. 151-proof rum
• 1 oz. light rum
• 1/2 oz. dark rum
• 1/2 oz. creme de noyaux
• 1 1/2 oz. sour mix
• 3/4 oz. orange juice
• 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
• mix all but 151, shake, and strain into an ice-filled collins glass
• top with 151, and garnish with a cherry and an orange slice
