Obviously the first job had to be exterior painting. But I also had to replace rotten trim as I went. Since I'm slower than molasses in January, this little project took about 2 years. |

This picture is so appropriate...there was a ladder on the porch for at least 3 years...not to mention one propped up against the side... |
