T.J.He is now 25yrs old and the father of our three grandchildern (there will be more on them later). He stands 6'2' and his weight is about 330 lbs. If you were to see he you would think he could wrestle a grizzly bear and win.
There was always a bond between
this son and myself. A very tight bond with
little room for anyone else to enter while he
was young. I still belive it was because his
father was gone so much and we were alone in
a new area. I always said I wanted a good
child who was not spoiled and a very gental
personality, because I feared he would be the
only child at the time.I always called him my
teddy bear when he was growing
up.
I was always very open with this son and I belive too helpful in his learning. He became very dependent on me even after he became married. It has taken alot for me to say no to him. But I have founded the more I have said no the more independent he has become.
After he had turned ten years of age we
had to open that bond to allow another child
in.And then another child came into our
lives. Now he had to share his world with two
others. I had sense he was becomeing a lonely
boy but did all I could to make him not feel
that way.
He was happy but lonely untill he met his wife and became a father. This is when many lessons had to be learned not only for him but for his father and myself. I am very proud of this son of mine for he has grown up much in life and still growing. He is a hard worker and loves his family dearly.
Things he enjoys is working on cars, sharing time with his childern and wife, working on building modles, and collecting electric trains.
Here are both my son and daughter inlaw with our new grandson.
