Katerina, whom I called Katie, was my very first cabbage patch kid. She is a preemie and I got her the summer of 1984. My parents had been trying for months to get me a kid with no luck. My friend's Mom was able to find some and picked one up for me when they happened to be a KayBee Toys at the right time. I still remember the day I adopted her! I was so excited! After Katie came I was just in love with cabbage patch kids and kept adopting more. I adopted about 15 kids between 1984 and 1987.

I had to get Alison because she had the same first name as me! I can't really remember where I got her from, but I believe I got her in 1985. She is a 1985 #5HM kid with her first tooth! She has butterscotch braids and blue eyes.
I got Brittney in 1985. I went shopping with my family and we stopped in at a local Sears store and they had just gotten a shipment of cpks in. This was early '85 and the kids where still harder to find and usually sold out pretty quickly, at least in our area. My Sister and I each got a kid. Brittney was the one I chose.
