JCRCC Meeting Minutes - January 2001
The Jackson County Radio Control Club held its regularly scheduled meeting on January 9, 2001 at the Hardees in Gurley. In attendance were Don Davis, Joe Cochran, Greg Garner, Rusty Foster, Tom Coffin, Paul Jacobs, Jerry Smith, Tommy Freeman, Albert Kretz, Bob Gabrys, and new member Wade Dorland -- WELCOME to the JCRCC Wade!!!
The minutes and treasurer's report were approved as read.
A fertilizer day was planned to replace the day missed last fall due to weather. Date to be set later.
The 2001 paid membership as confirmed and addresses updated.
The mower batteries are to be serviced.
The secretary is to generate a mowing list to be printed and placed on the website.
Tommy Freeman explained the bike event, our participation was approved.
Porta-Potty service was discussed (to start no later than June), Homer is to discuss alternatives with Kathy Riley.

The next meeting will be held at Hardee's in Gurley at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, February 13 -- See you there!!!

When you send a reminder for the club meeting mention that I need to know who plans to be at the BikeBama event at the field on June 12. I need their name and T-Shirt size if they want a BikeBama T-Shirt.
They need to contact me at: tdfree@mail1.scottsboro.org
by February 20 so I can order the shirts.
