Before you looms a massive tower surrouned by several smaller spires. The tower is broad at the base, covering the entire entrance of Westgate Pass. At its highest point, several hundred feet above you, the tower comes to a sharp point. As you walk closer, you notice the outer walls of the tower look a bit thin for such a massive citadel intended to guard the pass. The Knights manning one of the open gates give you a brief nod. As you enter the the courtyard and the tower itself, it seems true that the place was designed by a drunken and stupid dwarf. As you once heard someone say, "It appears a fat man at a trot could cause structural damage to this place!" But as you enter the tower itself, you feel a deep and residing peace, the same kind you feel as you enter a holy temple. The feeling grows stronger as you continue into the tower. A man clad in Solamnic field plate greets you warmly on the third level. He shakes your hand vigorously and says, "Welcome to the High Clerist's Tower."
