"Pokémon Yellow, a pokemon version, where you can become Ash and have a Pikachu follow you"
Artical by FireFist_99@hotmail.com
Pokémon yellow, is just the normal red & blue versions, except for one itsy, bitsy, detail, you have a pikachu following you. Well maybe not itsy bitsy, more like humomgo giagantic,
Okay, no more baby words.
You begin in Dr. Oak, but when you walk into the feild and Dr. Oak goes to you, a wild pikachu appears.
Dr. Oak throws a poke-ball at pikachu. he captures it. Going to his lab, there's only one pokémon on the table. Dr. oak talks, and you can go and get the pokémon. But just when your about to get it Gary pushes you over and snatches it. So Dr. Oak, gives you the Pikachu he caught earlier. You battle with Gary, then when you win Pikachu breaks out of the Poke-ball. And then he follows you all the time (unless he's fainted). And then just like in Red & Blue, you continue on your quest. But you can talk to Pikachu, to see what mood he's in. Win battles to improve mood, lose battles/put him in a box to make him mad, & when you use the Pokecenter, his mood will go abit down (don't worry he'll still be happy). Als the grapics are improved abit.
QUICK WALKTHROUGH
Forest/Pewter/Mt. Moon
You should have,
atleast, a Pikachu(with slam or body slam) a Pidgy,
& a caterpie(recommended metapod), when you fight
Brock. Train on the Jr. Trainer, to see if you can
beat Brock. You'll probably have to stuggle & lose
a pokémon agaisnt geodude, (save Pikachu for Onix).
Then send out your 2nd highest lv. Pokémon (it should
be pidgy), to fight onix. But when he uses Bide,
keep on using sand attack, so onix can't hurt you
back, and he loses accuracy. When 'nothing happens',
or Pidgy faints, send out Pikachu. Battle him with
Slam (or Body Slam), (he'll learn Slam or BodySlam),
use a potion if Onix has low HP, and Pikachu's about
to faint. If Pikachu faints, send out your other pkmn.
For Mt. Moon, just keep on walking not taking anystairs(unless you want a long trip), besure to get a rare candy at the bottom right section of the first floor.
Exit, at the stairs at the farthest top left corner.
2nd floor, battle and follow the path, ending with a supernerd battle. After that they're 2 fossils, dome & fossil. Kabuto & Omnyte.
Cereulian
Upon reaching Cereulian City, heal your pokémon. Then check out the house beside the gym, (where you trade Jynx, in Red&Blue), you see a bulbasaur. To get the bulbasaur, you must make Pikachu super happy, when you talk to him and if he's smiling, and hearts fly around him (get almost all the badges to do this), you can get Bulbasaur, by talking to the girl. or he can be even more happier when you win alot of battles in a row, and he has full HP, he'll look like this, except moving his arms around:
Anyways, about the gym. First go on the nugget bridge to train your pokémon. Go to the the top left corner, you'll see someone, talk to him, (after you beat Misty), and he'll give you a Charmander!
Also besure to visit Bill.
For Misty, have atleast a lv. 20 Pikachu, and another pokémon around lv.15-18
Use Thundershock, or any other electric attack, on Starmie, better have a potion from Starmies tackle.
COME BACK SOON! MORE TO COME!!!!!
