I have had IBS or IBS symptoms for as long as I

can remember,at least back to about the age of 6 or 7. It is one of the things that

really run in my family (but so far I am the only one

diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.) It usually

only acts up when I am really stressed or at

that time of month. It can also rear its ugly head when I am taking a trip

or have big plans (stress again I would assume.) Anyway, if anyone else

has this condition characterized by alternating bouts of constipation

and diarrhea with really bad stomach cramps,bloating and gas...
