My journey into the world of Fibromyalgia started in about 1995. I started having problems with my hands. They seemed to have turned into alien traitors that were intent on hurting me to the point of tears constantly. It then worsened to include my entire body. I was 26, married and the mother of 2 children with special needs when my pain was finally given a name:
FIBROMYALGIA.
LOL I remember when the nurse called to tell me what I COULD have I said "Fibro what? I have fibrocystic breasts, is it related?" I had never heard of FMS.Now, here it is 2002 and I have been dealing with the dreaded monster for over 6 years. Things are up and down as anyone who has this can relate to. I have been working on getting this site updated but the fatigue hit and I had to stop for a bit. I hope to get in some new info for everyone to look to for possible answers.
