The scenery in the Spanish Pyrenees is one of lakes and mountains.
They cannot be confused with our own Lake District, as the mountains are higher and the buildings distinctly foreign looking.
Nor are you likely to believe that you are looking at Switzerland, as they do not have as many snow-capped peaks here.
One great advantage that they do have over these other places is that in the summer months the weather is much better.
The main problem is that they are rather difficult to get to, particularly if you are towing a caravan.
